[Resolved] Trai — aircel customer care is not solving my problem. | |||||
Dear sir, /ma'am, I'm having internet problem since five days on my aircel number ([protected]). I'm unable to use my internet. When i complaint it to aircel customer care, they told me to call 12889 for internet probles. But when i called there, a computerised voice said that 'our customer care executive call you in one hrs. But they didn't call, then i call back to customer care, there also a computerised voice is saying "our all executives are busy on another call plz call us later. This is happening from the first day. After the five days, i jst irritated from all this. So, finally i'm writing to you. Plz sir help me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
