Trai — airtel digital t not allowing to change pack | |||
Cust i'd -[protected] Airtel digital tv base channel keeps on changing by itself to higher amount and when we want to change the package again through airtel digital tv website - it doesn't help as page doesn't open from any browser. When calling customer care they rudely respond and say use the same airtel digital tv webpage. I am being troubled by airtel digital tv since the time trai have put in new regulations and airtel digital tv misusing it openly. Was this information helpful? | |||
