Trai — airtel dth deducting money

I am using airtel dth from many years now with effect from 1st fe., 2019 i am facing problem regarding deduction of my money without activation of channels and self addition of packages. I also registered a complaint to airtel cintomer care vide complaint reference no. 85721481 dated 6th feb, 2019. But no any action is taken yet and i am still facing deduction of my money unnecessarily. My airtel dth id no. Is [protected] and my registerd mobile no. Is [protected]. You are requested to resolve this issue and have my deducted amount recredited in my account.
