Trai — airtel dth is not giving new plans as per trai guidelines | |
Hi am from Kerala and an Airtel DTH customer. They are always giving false informations about new TRAI plans and whenever I tried to activate new plan through sms it is not possible. Very bad customer care. They are talking about a plan which I didn't select and totally fed up with their rash behaviour. At first they said select the plans before December 2018, then said before january and last said before february. As per that I select a new package through TV and tried to send scanned QR code but it didn't send, after that I contacted the care and an exexutive said that I had to change my registered phone number which is BSNL and that's why am unable to send SMS so I changed and tried with my Jio number but it also didn't work. after some days atleast I succeed in sending the message and I got a reply from Airtel DTH that my plan will be activated soon and I will receive a confirmation sms which I didn't det yet. 2 days before I contacted again CC then they said plan will be activated by 7th of February so I waited and contact today. Now they said they didn't receive my sms and I have to send it again and I tried but I can't send it. This is how a major DTH company os testing the limit of a customer.No body go for an airtel DTH connection. When I got my airtel connection 2 years back I had faced an issue and I gave complaint against them in consumer care and they contact me and give proper remedies. Am totally disappointed about the behaviour that's why am complaining. My Airtel id is [protected].
