Trai — airtel dth operator not my current pack

I am consumer of airtel Dth. My consumer ID[protected]. I am choose my pack as per Trai dated 3/02/2019 and I recharge as per my pack which I was selected but airtel dth company not active my selected pack. I had tried many time on call center. They are not resoned me.
Please do the needful action on my complaint.
