Trai — airtel dth/my own plan still not activated after my process other plan active | |||
Dear sir, This to inform you i am using airtel dth service & my id : [protected]. I have complain to my service provider regarding my own plan still not active after so many reminders on mail as below mail communication & sms activation process also done by me as per attachment. Also given all evidence to process for activate my own plan but they have activated some other plan which was not selected by me & not given any request to him from my side. I have also attached evidence of activation process - which was done on 08/02/2019 & 18/02/2019 from my side for your reference. So i requested you please help to provide my own plan activation from my service provider airtel dth as per my process & take action against him for service related same issue for other customer also - which was found/observed at the time of visit of nearest service center of airtel dth. I hope you will take action against my service provider airtel digital & resolved my issue of active my own plan as per my process asap.
