Trai — Airtel failing to issue duplicate SIM from last one month

Dear Sir, Madam

I am in international roaming and stuck in a lock down overseas. My SIM stopped working and Airtel is not giving duplicate SIM even after providing all required documents.

Airtel customer service is very poor and they are giving 0 complaints ad in TV. Please ask Airtel to stop that ad immediately since they are failing to resolve their tickets even after 40 days of compliant.

Its a pathetic service. Airtel management should be shame of their service and close shutters if they don't want to provide basic customer service.
