Trai — airtel mobile network - not allowing to contact all numbers and call drop issues | |||
Hi There, I am a Airtel mobile network customer using its services from past 7 years. Recently i recharged with a pack of Rs.149 /- and its benefits and T&C as follows. Rs. 149/- 1GB/Day data and unlimited Local, STD, Roaming Calls along with 100 SMS/Day for 28 days. Recently faced an issues - I tried contacting HDFC customer care number at[protected] the airtel network saying that, i need to maintain a main balance to contact this number and what is the customer benefit from this pack?? 1. If it is out of the pack and not applicable to avail this type of benefit what is the use of recharge and spent money?? 2. Airtel network not clearly mentioned anything on the website or in the pack benefit list i.e. if customer want to contact special/landline number need to maintain a main balance 3. Terms and conditions are not maintained 4. Contacted customer care of Airtel and they are saying that it was instructed by airtel management 5. Even after complaint raised by the customer who will take care of this issue now and further 6. If it is not resolved customer blindly followed to do the same recharge unless until they facing issue.
