Trai — Airtel overcharged 10k without proper reason

I have no hope on airtel customer care service, so reaching out to you for help to navigate it to right people to resolve the issue.

My details are as below :

Brief about the issue :
1) travelled to europe recently, so activated 2999 roaming plan.
2) roaming plan covers multiple countries including turkey, paris and monaco. (Details confirmed from airtel executive. Interaction id : [protected])
3) i travelled to all 3 countries mentioned above, and my number got auto connected to different operators available.
4) i have been charged huge amount (~10k) for monaco operator.

Queries :
- if monaco country comes under the plan i activated, why i'm charged for it?
- there is no way i can get information to which operator i will be charged and to which i will not be charged. It's a clear communication gape from airtel side, and i'm being overcharged because of it.
