My sim is deactivated since last 12 hrs and your team is giving only assurance, at 4.30pm today they asked me to change my sim, i did it, they said it will be activated with 30 min to 4 hrs and now it almost 7hrs. It is still not working. I called up their call center twice, they say wait for some time... Can any body tell me how much time precisely... Second time when i called their call center, their executive was arrogant, wow what a response they are giving for being loyal with for so many years... Please look into the matter, the person accountable should be punished along with the punishment / penalty to airtel. Was this information helpful? | |||||
