Trai — always balance deduction from my idea prepaid paid card without my permission

I am fed up because of idea prepaid services most of the time i am tried to call idea customer care number but call not connected most of the time automatically service activate in my number without my permission because of this on daily basis balance deducted,
Most of the time i had massage to idea services but not response services not stop that is reason daily balance deduction from my idea prepaid card
Please take nessesory action on this.
