Hello sir,

Gtpl cable tv is suddenly stopped working on 4th february even i have already done payment for 250 rs monthly pack that expired on 16th february.
I also tried another and selected "gujarati popular" 7th/8th february and done payment of rs 266 (For 280 rs monthly pack) but it's again auto selected "gujarati starter" pack at evening, i don't want this pack

I have already sent 4-5 emails on [protected]@gtpl.net and i got reply like saying that contact to local person. Local person said it takes time then we will see.

I have already paid rs 399 (199+280) as a balance, now how can get my money back or settle that money.

I haven't received any satisfactory answer so sent email to nodal office on 13th feb 2019 but also not got any satisfactory answer. I sent more than 7 emails to nodal officer as well but each time they says that connect with local office.

Please help me on this matter

I have already told them to stop it so my money is locked but they don't do it and charge me per day without given proper service (means channels)

    Not providing the channels we selected but deducted the amount for it.. Customer number :[protected]. Even after repeated reminders and call no actions have been taken yet... And the customer services calls have been unpolite.. And requested me to complaint to trai if you dare.. And they say our services will be provided in the same manner. I told it's not fair according to trai rules. But the never care.. My contact number is [protected].

    Same situation is with me I have done recharge of 370 Rs and 400 Rs within this month on 3rd feb and 16 th feb still no channel is provided. How can 400 Rs recharge expires within 3days snaps attached.Customer care executives cutting calls in-between conversations putting our phone on hold for about 20-30 mins, many a times saying we will resolve then again the same situation.MY Customer ID[protected], Ph [protected], [protected].Loosing hope of getting any resolution from Videocon d2h as several times I email but not getting any resolution.

      Hi trai,

      I am writing with regard to airtel dth.

      The airtel dth is torturing people without reason, as per new trai rule i'm unable to select our own pack. I did my own pack last week, however till now it is not activated and not allowed me to pick my channels.

      Also there are duplicate channels due to which they are charging same channel twice.

        Hello sir/madam,

        I am from bikaner (Rajasthan). They don't give me proper channel selection list.
        In some channel price, they added extra price also as like z-news original price (0.10rs) and our cable operator price (0.50rs). They also don't give free-to-air channel selection also. Please takes action.

        Pfa for all channel price list. They gave only attached channel selection and also telling you to have to select that channel or bouquet.

          My cable operator jk channel in jammu demanding fixed charges of rs 600/month against cable services.
          But when i asked him that i will pay according to what i wish too see,
          He refused and told i have to pay him fixed charges only or they will disconnect my cable services.
          Please look in to this and do the needful to take strict action against it.

              We are not able to select the channels required and pay charges accordingly. Not able to solve this problems and needs to be simplified. We are using airtel dth and for the last 15 days wanted to add/remove some channels. But not able to change and missing some of the important events. Even some of the cable operators are not giving channel wise selection and loosing many important events. Request immediate action to improve the channel selection process for dth and cable operators.

                Since I am making advance payment on MONTHLY basis there are sufficient credit in my account. . I find that CABLE TV OPERATOR pack is loaded with lots of pay/free channels of Tamil, Telegu, Kannada, Oriya etc., . Since I am not interested in pay channels of these languages I have asked the SWETHA CABLES to exclude these pay channels and include other channels of my choice. In this context they are willing to add channels as I wanted but reluctant to exclude the pay channels as stated above. THE DD CHANNELS ARE NOT AVAILABLE DURING THE INTER NATIONAL CRICKET PLAYING IN INDIA, , AFTER THE MATCH THE CHANNELS ARE AVAILABLE. IS IT SO, I HAVE TO TAKE PRIVATE SPORTS CHANNEL LIKE STAR, AND SONI...EVEN THE SAME IS TELECASTED BY DD CHANNELS. WHY THE CABLE TV OPERATOR DUMPING ALL THE UNNESSASARY CHANNELS TO MY DRAWING ROOM IN THE NAME OF PACKAGE...RARELY I VIEW 4 TO 5 CHANNELS PLUS SPORTS CHANNELS., WHY THEY DUMPING ALL THE FREE CHANNELS COMPULSARILY FOR 170 RUPEES, SINCE I AM NOT VIEWING OTHERTHAN DD CHANNELS.

                  Very high radiation recorded on southwestern side of the building. Meter reading shows very hazardous warning, very concerning to all persons. Understand there is a tower close to our building on harrington road that has to be removed. This tower is in a low rise house building. Pls have it relocated at the earliest.

                    Dear sir,
                    Airtel and other companies are now charging minimum monthly amounts for validity but on the very first day the validity expires they stop outgoing and deduct rs.23 from the main balance this is not justified some time should be given to consumer to recharge as per his own choice, the following should be done when validity expires:
                    1. Stop out going for next 15 days
                    2. Even if no recharges is done then stop incoming for next 15 days.
                    3. Even then if no recharge is done then use main balance to recharge automatically.
                    4. When main balance is also exhausted the the co. May deactivate the number.
                    5. The co. Should give consumers to use the main balance for any recharge now they are giving this only for certain packs.
                    In any case the co. Should not deduct automatically from main balance just on the very first day of expiry some time should be given to the consumer

                      Cable operator ds communication operating at sanskruti township, hyderabad, offering signals from ssc siddipet, is not following your guidelines. Packages offered by them are attached. Even basic free to air channels, are offered @177/-. This is in total violation of guidelines. They are combining various packages and channels and not giving list of individual packages and channels.

                        dd sports not showing t20 matches

                        As per new guidelines all dd channels are free but dd sports channel ask to pay service providers extra money to watch t20 match. Why it is? Everytime dd sports is not showing matches whether it is played in india or outside.
                        If channels are free why one has to tell dth fellow to request to add in your package? Trai has made mess by making new system and dth providers are asking more money than old system. Any feedback is appreciated....

                        Since i am making advance payment on yearly basis there are sufficient credit in my account. Since no pay channels were beamed for a week i have opted for their channel pack kerala gold. I find that this pack is loaded with lots of pay/free channels of tamil, telegu, kannada, oriya etc.,. Since i am not interested in pay channels of these languages i have asked the asianet authority to exclude these pay channels and include other channels of my choice.in this context they are willing to add channels as i wanted but reluctant to exclude the pay channels as stated above. I hope my request is in order and, as such seek your help to instruct asianet to accede to my request.

                          When i buaght tata docomo sim card tata maintioned the lifetime incoming free (Atleast 20 years) as per standards. But recently the policy has been changed with the ignoraning satisfaction of customers.
                          How can trai allowed this regulations infaver of all network service providers company.
                          This the full of currepted policy. Why service provider compaltion the monthy recharge of 36₹ for continuing the incoming call. This is the very bad factor of in this telecom regulatory policy. Need to justify this thing.

Hey have not given the required channels instead of repeated reminders till date. The customer care (10 times contacted) is not having any idea, or when the problem can be resolved.                               Previously i could watch all channels at rs.220, now as per your spurious rules i am being forced to watch a few channels only most of which are worthless. Moreover, you have made rubbish dd channels mandatory. Also if i wish to see a few favourite channels i will have to shell out more than double the amount i used to pay. This is just heights of dictatorship. Your new dth regulations are nothing but a scam. The common man cannot enjoy an hour of evening entertainment because of cheats and frauds like you. This daylight robbery will have its consequences. Every dog has his day.

                              If we pay for 100 channel 130rs including 18percent get which we have paid 153.So why we are not able to see live telecast of India Vs Aus in SD sports. In this case why we paid such channel. Other wise you stop the free to air this channel. You blackmailing and harassment the people.

                                    You have spoiled dth & cable used my customers worst decision

                                    Previously before new trai rules i am paying only rs 360 for telugu and tamil regional channels, all sports channels, english channels movie hd, kids discovery, ngc, etc in airtel digital tv.

                                    But after your new rules i need to pay rs 310 for just only for tamil and telugu regional channels alone,
                                    Worst desicision, low income people will suffer a lot.

                                    I hate this transmission by trai, think also about low income people before taking desicisions.

                                    The channels you provide for rs 153 is waste ntg useful, waste of money to people
