Sir,
I am using asianet cable tv (Kerala), as per the trai instruction when i am trying to select my cable tv chanals, i came to see that service provider asianet cable tv included me in abasic tariff kerala classic rs= 81. And additionally charging
1, network capacity base slab - rs 130+23.4 =153.4
2, network capacity slab i rs - 20+3.6= 23.63,
3, network capacity slab ii rs 20+3.6=23.63

My vc no.[protected] with dish tv. I have been paying rs.338/- monthly charges before switching. However, after switching to new regime my monthly charges shot to rs.538/-. Pity with a loss of many channels (Nearly around 30 channels). Service provider not allowing me to modify or change. Looting. Kindly address. Service provider has made bouquets/bunch in such a way that they have scattered in all the bunches, so that viewer are forced to choose more than one bunch for viewing the channels, thereby monthly charges are increased drastically. If i would adopted my channels which i was viewing before choosing the new regime, my bill would be around rs.700/-. The issue may be address properly by the trai by going through the channels added by the broadcaster in certain bouquets/bunch. It is a sheer cheating by the broadcaster by looting the people by bye-passing the trai orders stating that the monthly re-charges will come down.

    Since day-before-yesterday dish tv (My id is [protected]) has switched off all hindi entertainment channels except zee. May i request you to intervene and help. While i have tried contacting dish tv for their unprovoked action, but to no avail, all of a sudden dish tv has switched off all the hindi entertainment channels viz set, sony sab, colors, star plus. Request your help asap.

      Videocon d2h is not following trai guideline regarding d2h channels.
      1.in www.d2h.com create my own pack only sd channels option is available. Hd option is not available.
      2.in stb channel no. 997 only 10 max. A la carte channels can be chosed by subscriber not par trai guideline. E. G., i want to choose only per channels not broadcaster bouquet packs.in d2h infinitely mobile app also same result.
      3. D2h has blocked all means of lodging complain docket no. Like customer care, [protected]@d2h.com complain website, mobile app selfcare complain etc.in mobile and d2h.com they have disabled the on screen security display code so that no body can submit online complain.
      I had been trying to change my a la carte channels from 29th jan and as such recharged with rs.400/-.
      4. I have also twitted several times in respective twitter handles, emailed customer care, nodal officers, called customer care, local officials but they have not till date done anything.

        As per your guidelines i am trying to contact the call centre of my d2h service provider videocon since last two weeks on customer care numbers, but nobody is picking the phone and website and app also not working.
        Now i am totally fed up that do not know the way to contact my service provide. So you are requested to please look into the matter and do the needful.

          Videocon d2h have only enabled their combo packs not made available option to choose 75 first pay channels under rs 130/-. Their portal is charging money from very 1st. Channel.
          Dur to non availability of option my tv remained shut on 17.02.2019 in spite of sufficient balance of rs 642+ in my account.

          Please instruct d2h to enable their portal services as per trai orders.

            Airtel mobile service-mob no.[protected] pre-paid mobile. Deduction of rs.23 from main balance for not charging the mobile after a gap of 28 days though mobile was charged on 27th day with rs.10.00.

            Airtel wants that my pre-paid mobile should be charged in a gap of 28 days even though talktime amount is available.. Otherwise rs.23 is to be deducted from my available talk time amount. Therefore i charged my above mobile with rs.10.00on 14.2.2009 (Before completion of 28 days from last rechatge). But airtel has deducted rs.23.00 from my balance talk time today.

              Every coustomer care no. Is not working on 17 feb 2019 i am trying from morning to evening at 4.30 worst ever d2h service i had seen in my life. There is no proper guidance at last i have recharge rs 100 to my account messege came that amt credited but chanels not coming i have tried to contect in several way but no response what you think you self give d2h they are paying you can make money from our heard earned. I will take it in to social media that how videocond2h is given service to the coustomer. You will never be successful in life.

                I am costomer of airtel dth on 02/02/2019 i have submitted my package to airtel but till now it has not been activated. At present only color tv and some news chanels are activ. Further i am unable to contact airtel. Therefore you are requested to advice airtel to solve my problem so that i can view the chanels as selected in my package.

                  The channel 'o-'tv is not showing from last few days with error message invalid channel number.
                  I have already complained about the issue to customer care with complaint no.[protected] on dt. 16.02.2019. They are demanding a sum of rs. 200.00 to solve the issue.
                  It is purely illegal as i am paying charges monthly as per my d2h package. It is not my fault if a particular channel is not showing even after i have paid for that. Plz help me to tolve the issue.

                    Hi,

                    I tried to select the channels as per trai's new regulations with my tatasky dth service provider. Once i selected my package or channels it is showing me it will cost me of rs:906. Where in my current plan is charging me rs:765.in my current plan there are more channels than the one i selected as per new regulations.

                    This goes directly in contradiction to the trai's statement few days back. Please take necessary action on this.

                      This is to inform that these days quality of videcon d2h customers service is really pathetic.

                      My account was locked i'm still struggling to logon to d2h infinity app till today below is the service request#[protected] nobody revert till today. First concern raised on 23-jan-19. On top that my existing package from rs 516.00 to rs 916.00 with any notification.

                      On 16-feb-19 06:55 pm ist time i recharge of rs 1080.00 with invoice order# [protected] under reference number# [protected] along with the choice of channels mentioned below.

                      However even after repeated telephonic conversations with d2h customer support, the channels were not activated. I am extremely disgusted at the number of times i had to repeat the same issues over and over again, to almost every customer support agent, without the call being transferred to a senior representative. Hence i'm comply to drop this email so that i'm not harassed further in viewing the channels opted and already paid for at the earliest.

                      Need trai's intervention to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                        On my reliance dth set top box number[protected] all paid chanel viewing facility has withdrawn even after subscribe long term 5 yr pack last year 17 jan 2018
                        Customer care has forced me to up grade set top box to independent tv with 800 rs
                        Why should i up grade my set top box & pay extra amount.

                          Hello,
                          Ever since the new channel subscription regulation took effect from 1st feb, my television services have not been working. I own 15 connection provided by videocon d2h, currently all of them have stopped worked. I have called the customer support several times and am only being told that the system is not working due to technical issue and will be resolved soon.

                          All my account balances have vanished. This is no doubt pathetic service from the service provider.

                          I use these connections to run a hostel and all the people in the hostel are disappointed that the tv has not been working inspite of paying their rentals and are now moving out. Such irresponsible services from a company cannot be accepted. Request trai to take an immediate and strict action against d2h.

And my local cable operator prime and prabhat gupta is very person and not able to provide services.in every 15 day my cable will gone and not working for 2 or 3 days... After so many calls they people not respond and talk in very abusive language... I don't know how our prime minister dream of digital india will success.. Please do something for us...

                              I am a tata sky user, earlier when trai has not released the new dth pricing i only had to pay 220 rs for all the channels i wanted to watch, but after this new pricing scheme by trai i have to pay 380 rs for same channel listing.
                              My question is trai said that people would not have to pay extra by this new regulations but i have to pay 160 rs extra due to your new policy and i think this is the case with most of the people. Kindle explain like how is it beneficial for all the user?

                                My videocon d2h id is[protected]. As per your order, i have submitted new pack to them but few popular channel are left. To add in my current package, i am struggling to contact them over customer care, mobile app, website but all my action are failed. Somehow website connected and i tried to add few channel but they refused that package cannot be migrated, pl contact customer care. But customer care is helpless, useless and doesn't serve its purpose. Customers are struggling to resolve their issues. They do not revert call back either. Pl instruct them to add channels as per my wish otherwise i have to disconnect their d2h next month. Jio fiber is coming shortly to my area. Regards.

                                  I have taken a non stop 3 year pack with new dishtv connection. Previously, when we added new channel we paid only channel price. But as per trai new rule now if we add a single channel we pay 155/- plus chhanel price. How it 's happen. And total price will be 155 +20 = 175/-.
                                  Iam asking one simple to trai being a middle class or lower middle class how can we pay that much amount for sake of entertainment. Why you people are always try to swindle the money from the poor people. We are facing lots and lots problem from early start of work till the end of day. We have only some time to relax and watch tv. But you have put the barriers for this too. What you want from us. Is the world is only for the rich. Please answer my questions...

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    I am a regular subscriber of videocon d2h and my registered customer id is 7769707. Since the date of my last recharge towards resuming the service of videocon d2h i have been facing several problems like unavailability of channels to view which i have already been paying for. As claimed by the service operator i am entitled to view certain news channels like nd tv and other channels and 14 other bengali (Regional) channels under the current package of subscription but i feel extremely disappointed to share that none of these channels are available for view apart from one news channel namely news nation as on date but no resolution has been taken by the service provider to make this channels available even though i am being charged for the same. When informed the customer care about the same the tesponse received was so un professional where the query was not addressed properly and regularly they tried to disconnect the line after putting the same on hold for a long period but never tried to get the channel service to start when called. This is a regular and persistant problem that i have been encountering for last a few days where i extremely feel being treated as a unhappy custmer having no altrlernative to address the grievences sought for other than to wait in que till the customer care call is dis connected as un answered.

                                    One of such example is like a few days back i called the videocon d2h customer care service for resuming the service of zee bangla which was getting automaticalky dis connected every day fir s couple of days and i had to call the customer care every time for resuming the service. On date.
                                    Moreover, the treatment that we receive calling the customer care is also shamefull as different information is provided by different executives/tele callers on the same issue like while registering for zee bangla it was confirmed by the then customer care executive that including zee bangla a total of 18 bengali channels are free under my current package but now after a week later the date of registration of the channel they now claim that the said zee bangla channel is not free and will be chargable. However nothing like this was shared by the service provider when i wished towards resuming the channel.
                                    Last but not the least when i asked the videocon d2h customer care and appealed them to register a complaint as i was not able to view the channels being offered under my current package and asked them to assign the complaint number, they straight way refused to registet my complaint stating it was a technical issue, just denying the right of acustomer to register a complaint towards non availability of services for which the subscription amount is being deducted.

                                    Hence, i request you to kindly look into the above mentioned concerns that i have addressed with the worst feelings of dis satisfacton and being cheatted towards the un ethical and totally un professional service being rendered by videocon d2h and esoecially its so called customer care against my customer id 7769707.
