I have been trying to contact videocon d2h since 1 week through call, email and their website. But they are not responding me. Their website is not working as i already activated my packs though their website only. My package includes star channels, zee channels, sony channels and colors channels pack. Customer id is[protected]. I am not able to see my channels. Please solve the problem. Thank you.

    I am the customer of tata sky and i have multi tv connection. My base pack for main tv price is rs. 165 only. But the multi tv charges i. E second tv are rs. 200 why? My question is that on multi tv connection customer have no choice to choose channel freely, so then why we pay rs. 200, it is unfair and not justice to the customer. My request is that to amend these types of problems regarding the customers.

    Company exempted or reduce the multi tv charges because the customer of the multi tv have no choice to select the channel, so the charges are exempted for the multi tv connection.

      Hello tatasky im hitesh jani & my subscriber id is [protected] from last 2 days im facing one problem and that problem is that i want to choose from broadcaster bouquet of sony, i want sony bouquet of "sony happy india hd". This pack is every where in trai bouquet list as well as in your tatasky compliances broadcaster packs pdf but its sad to know that in your system it is not shown to choose for customer like me. I want to choose "sony happy india hd" pack only and that is not your system or you didnt upload it in your system for customer to choose because may be it is in lower price tag. Request you to look in to this matter as soon as possible and revert me asap.

        श्रीमान जी, ट्राई के नए नियम के अनुसार ग्राहक के वर्तमान पैकेज जो चल रहै है वो खत्म होने के बाद नए नियम लागू होंगे ऐसा बताया गया था पर d2h कम्पनी अपने मन मुताबित बन्द कर दिए है चेनल मेरे ac में 3580 का बेलेन्स होते हुए भी बन्द कर दिए है कम्पनी को फोन करने के बाद भी वो बात नही करते है और कुछ सेकेंड में फोन काट देते है।

            Cust id[protected] of d2h. Selected and created channels pack as per trai rules on 1st feb. On 5th feb i had to call up d2h cust service and get it activated as it was not done. It showed pack amount of 451 with next rech date as 8.3.19 but ftom 6th the pack amount started displaying 571 with no additional channels and due date reduced to 1st mar instead of 8th. Since then have been calling them continuously and emaling but they insist 571 is pack amt whereas as per trai and d2h announced rates the total is 451 with gst. Please help as they are forcing me indirectly to choose higher amt pack and migrate to their suggested higher value pack and not correcting their mistake.

              I need to choose my pack but i am unable to do it online. Since last 3hours d2h website is not accessible. Even nobody is reachable on call. Since 3 hours i am unable to see any programme on tv. D2h website is not working at all.

                I am gtpl cable consumer, as per new trai rule freedom to choose desired 100 sd channels within network capacity, the desired channels could be in a-la-cart, fta or pay or bouquet, but gtpl not allowed choose this channel, he has said compalsary all 100 channal fta, consumer not freedem choose any pay channael within ncf, consumer choose any pay channal extra his take more ncf charges.

                But many times net is not working
                I compliment lost of time but they didn't resolve issues some time net is working then after again wifi shows no internet

                  The new selection process of tv channels is not economical. We pay 350rs per month for the channels right now and if select these limited channels the amount adds up to around that but why should we pay the same amount of money for such limited channels and secondly if we want all the channels in the new selection process we end up paying 3 to 4 times more money compared to what we are paying right now and we get all the channels.
                  We dont need this process it is looting money from consumers for such limited channels.

                    My ordeal with videocon d2h connection started on february 2nd of 2019 when i created my own pack and topped up my account with rs. 250. My plan got activated after an hour and went well till 3rd of february 2019. From 4th of february 2019, i was not able to watch any of the pay channels that i selected and was able to view only the free to air channels. However magically my account status showed that the account was updated on 4th of february 2019 and that my subscription end date was[protected]. My balance was also getting deducted. I called the customer service on 4th, 5th and 6th and all these three days i was told the same dialogue by all representatives like a recorded message that my migration is happening and would take 5 hours but nothing as such happened. The website was in top condition that it did not work, forget it, it did not even load. A website of such a big company! Pathetic!

                    Soon on saturday [[protected]] my balance ran out and i topped up the account again with rs. 300 and logged in to the website [fortunately it worked] and again created new pack and it said that i have been migrated to the new pack successfully. Now comes the best part, currently i am not able to view even a single channel other than the home channels not even the free to air channels and my balance is reducing without fail.

                    I never thought that videocon was in drastic need of money that they started swindling the money from the subscribers without giving the service. Cheap tactics and the sign of a crime.

                      I want old plan for cable tv operator
                      I can't afford this channel package system
                      Old package system i can afford.
                      These packages system is too expensive for everyone

                        Videocon d2h is most cheater and fraud company. I had submitted and create the pack according to trai new rule but almost 10 days had gone but still these cheaters are not provding the pack by trai rule. I had emailed them and tried to contact through phone but their phone is always shown busy. Please help me solve my problem against this cheaters and punish them immediately for neglecting trai rules.

                          I arun varma have videocon d2h customer id is[protected]. Today, i. E. 10th feb 2019, the tv channal service suddenly got stopped and no channel service is available except one channel which is for promotional purpose and advertisement. I tried for the last 7-8 days, their website, toll free, customer care numbers but could not connect at all. I am totally blank as to what to do to restore videocon d2h service. I live in thane mumbai 400604. (Maharashtra).

                          Please help me to resolve this issue urgently. Even, they are now showing my balance money. Fyi, i had recharged with rs.8700 in sept 2018 for hd package for one year which is due for recharge on 7th sept 2019.

                            Now asianet is feeding channels they need. No preference for channel selection from our side. They have given some bouquets but not ready to give selection ofindividual channels. Customer care and their office never attends phone calls. Only interested in collecting monthly charges. No sports channels provided and dd sports is supposed to be a free channel, even they are not giving it. Need speedy action on this. Asianet cable service, thrissur, kerala.

                              In my d2h account, more than 190 rupees is balance available but suddenly company turn off my set top box and all channels show a message "sorry, you have insufficient balance".

                              I am trying from last two days to company but all phone no's are not in working condition, their consumer cares are not working. Even that website of company regularly showing a message after some processing that "504 gateway time out".

                              I am facing a clear loot from them, i have sufficient balance but i am still unable to see any channel. This is ridiculous. Please look into matter.

                                My account balance show 344 rs but i am not able to see any channel not a free channel. I tried to call you call not connected.
                                Tomorrow 9 feb 19 i talk to d2h customer care representative for activate paid channel they told it was activate very soon, after 3 hrs again i called again the told it will be on by today till night.
                                But still i am not able to see any channel after that i send a same mail to videocon d2h customer care...

                                Hi,

                                My d2h customer id is 54761584. I have selected a proper plan according to trai guidelines. But i did not get any confirmation on that nor the plan is implemented by videocon. Now they have blanked out everything. None of the tv channels are able to view. Tv is showing the blank screen with some message to recharge. I am not able to open the videocon website and register a complaint also. They are providing a very bad service. It's not only now even before i faced issues where i was over charged and they never responded to complaints immediately. They used to revert back after a month. I have recharged my account and also have selected a plan still the service has stopped. Please take this seriously and provide me with a solution.

                                  I am using videocon d2h for 3 years. Use to pay bill mostly prior of 3 months. But before the due date itself they have disconnected my channels without my knowledge. When i try to contact them they cut my call frequently.. Even i have fried with maximum possible ways. Also with alternate numbers. Till now no response form them. They have disconnected all my basic channels. All my paid channels. Even though still days left. I have paid 3 months prior. But they have cancelled maximum channels.. Even free channels also they have cancelled. Kindly take required action. I am ready to pay 1 month amount but they not providing me a proper way.                                     I am a customer of videocon d2h, the are not providing me channels required by me. Their customer care number is not working, if sometimes works then their executives are not listening. On writing complaints to [protected]@d2h.com, even the are not replying.
                                    I am having account balance of 1521.00 & i am not able to view a single channel, either free or paid.

                                    The are deducting my account balance balance also, day by day.

                                    Plz take a hard action against them.

I tried to contact customer care numbers but not getting through. Today (9/2/2019) the dth connection was stopped saying "e-18-4 insufficient balance". Where as my account has balance of rs. 272.00. The reasons for stoppage is not known
