Sir my name is chandan i use aircel number [protected] (Delhi circle)

The aircel services are not functional for the last few days so i am unable to use my sim..
I am unable to connect to my family and friends because of this and seeking your immediate attention!
Please help me get a port code or want aircel to compensate for my grievences.. Because aircel stopped their services without any prior information.

      Aircel is not providing upc code for my aircel no [protected]. Due to which i am not able to port my number to other network. I also email to aircel customer office and receive no response form them.
      Kindly help to generate upc codes so that i port my number to another network, as my this number is connected to my bank account, adhar system, income tax return.

          Sir,
          The aircel network is missing in filed without any notice and information to customers. The large numbers of customers use the aircel numbers. Now the numbers are not fuctioning due to non availability of aircel network. The company did not given auto generated upc code or sms system using port option to 1900.

          Maximum customer is facing much problems for banking, any other otp transaction.

          Kindly giving auto generated upc code to all aircel customers from tri.

            But you will receive benefits of only one pack as the previous is lapsed

              I am being seriously harrased & illtreated by tata docomo at regular intervals. I have not subscribed any services such as first cut and super models club and i am being charged for such services.
              Earlier also on 3/2/2018 i was being charged unknowingly rs.20 from my balance and got the refund for the same after calling customer care. Today again i am being charged rs.30 for super models club pack and the customer care executive has bluntly denied me i won't get the refund and started blaming me for the same. Also kept my call on hold twice for 10 minutes each stating he will connect my call with escalation department and disconnected the call and haven't provided me prompt response for my complain.

                I wish to compliant about idea services and network.
                I have the prime number [protected] which is not working from last 2 week. I m not getting network on my phone.
                I m also went to the idea customer outlet but they also not able to resolve my problem. I did every thing as per procedures as to do on renewal of new sim.
                This my second time of renewaling the sim. But still they are not able to resolving the problem

                  I have taken 2 new connection of idea post paid number on 10th Feb, 2018 which is still not activated. When I called on 59059 they said to meet the person from where I have taken this number. So I went to the idea store but it was closed, so I called to 198 on customer care from different number, they also said to go idea store. But idea store was closed so many days due to some reason. Again I visited idea care on today (13.03.2018) and talked about issue. They said it will not possible to back your number it is permenant disclosed. They have already taken my charge of 600 rupee for both number. I want both the number but no one is helping. Kindly provide the me a proper way, and what to do for activate my both the number.

                    I have very old mobile number of aircel operator and these number is registered with my banking, gas connection all mobile app and now i am not able to access these all because my mobile is not working. And i am not receive the port number against this and rest of all operator are denied to this. So, please guide me how i am porting my mobile number.

                      I have tried to change my mobile service provider from aircel to idea due to the network issue in aircel service.
                      But inspite of trying multiple times for transfer with idea showroom using aadhar online verification the mobile number portability, mnp is not happening. When inquired reason with idea team they said aircel is not releasing the number.

                      First and last time i got the mnp port code is dt825329 through sms, which is also expired on 10th mar 2018.

                      Now no where aircel network is available [in chennai and tamil nadu] and its also not connecting to other networks using manual network selection option in mobile.

                      I request for a solution in this case to retain my aircel mobile number +91 [protected].

                        Recently i came across an incident with my vodafone [protected]@[protected], my no got disconected without any prior info from service provider. On last friday around 1 pm it got stopped, they could nt provide me the correct info on what was the reason behind it. Now they are claiming 2 get d no activated again i v 2 pay rs.10.000

                          Sir plz help me its harmanpreet singh here and my number is [protected]. I have requested for mnp from aircel to vodafone and they have approved my request but the aircel network has not gone so my vodafone network has not activated, also i'm not getting any calls or messages 7 mar 18 so please solve this problem as soon as possible. This number is registered everywhere like banks, aadhar card etc so i need it urgently. My alternative number is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Thanks.

                            I am the user of aircel and i have their sim no morethan 15 years. Due to their own problems aircel asked us to change the network providers.
                            I sent a request on 26th feb 18 and i got the port no. On 27/02/2018. Immediately i handover the same to airtel and they told me wait for a week
                            To-day i approached the airtel and they says that i have been kept with
                            Pending payment list and aircel will not permit till i pay their dues. I showed the sms recd on 09/03/2018 stating that they have received my last payment of
                            Rs. 722/- and their receipt no:ch98410461021520571904990 dt 09/03/18.
                            Infact they are holding my security deposit of rs. 3, 000/- for the last 15 years
                            And neither interest for this amount nor refunded to me. I am not able to understand when i am not due to them what made them to put it my name into the payment pending list.

                            I am requested for porting code from aircel on 3rd march, 2018. There is no respond from service provider. I have three essential mobile number from aircel and I can not port them to other service provider. Kindly look into my problem. Thank you.

                              Myself Harish Chandra Bindhani, a retired person, resides at Channapur, Via Kuruda, Balasore. I was using Aircel number-[protected] which is now disconnected the services by service provided recently which is now very difficult for me to communicate to my dears & nears. My self & my wife both staying at Village and others are staying far distance from us. This number is linked with all operational like Aadhar, Banks, Insurance etc. I have visited customer care at Balasore which is 10Kms from village where facing transportation issue for changing the other service provider by portability facility with UPC code(Unique Porting Code) but they are not providing, customer care numbers are not working, getting IVR massage technical issue, SMS is also not working. I am frustrated after visiting multiple times, now customer care office closed. Kindly help me to get the UPC code from Aircel service provider and continue this number for life time. I have no strength to visit again and again. Kindly look into this matter and help me on immediate basis.

                                  I am a customer with airtel for approximately 6 months 1st complaint was log with airtel for network related issue was on 27 oct 2017, no update was given to me. Hence i had log a second compliant on 2 oct 2017 the sr was close stating the customer is not answering the call, after that is received a calling stating that there is site enhancement in the area which will get completed by 8 feb 2018. And as a compensation they gave me 100 rs waiver for need 6 months even after that issue persists hence i had raise the sr again on 15 feb 2018. Technician visited my place and found the signal strength is from -97 to -113 dbm. Customer service has been rude to me and has suggested that i will be my choice to move out from airtel

                                      I got suspicious sms, saying that "dear customer, as per trai's tcccp (Ndnc) regulation dated 24-may-2013, services on your airtel no. [protected] are being disconnected on account o[censored]cc violation (S), your associated airtel numbers, if any will also get disconnected shortly".

                                      After receiving sms, immediately i called to airtel customer care executives and ask about sms detail. They said they didn't find any such sms detail...

                                      Sir, i am using aircel for the past ten years and now i could not get the signal. They have also mentioned that they are going to close. I have sent ten times for portability. My cell no [protected]. So far i have not received any reply from them. Even i have visited their office at porur chennai. No use. I have given this number to all including aadhar, banks, mutual funds etc. Please help me
