I have corporate connection in the name vee pee housing and development india after gst from 1 july i am not receiving the bill due to which i am unable to claim the gst. Inspite of this i have to go show room and inquired and the deposit cheque for nov - dec and jan. For 4830, 4827.22 and 7275.22i deposited given three cheques mention above to them figure mention in their bill but my mobile deactivated and outgoings debarred from 20.1.2018 approx.19 days. I am corresponding to them till no no response from their nor cheque is debited in my account. I am mentaly harassed by cutomer care person to pay bill inspite i have deposited and send the scan copy to them my mobile is debarred. I don't know further to proceed since no reply comes from aitel people. Let me know what to do further waiting for reply expecting your help for he problem at the earliest.

    I choose the jio network and recharge with 398. But i do not get proper service from jio. All the time jio network is too slow thats not usable. When i call to jio customar, they told me that they have to take 60 days to solve this problem. After 60 days the problem is restart, now jio telecom service tell me they have to take above 90 days too, i think jio is fraud with us.
    So, i request to trai, please give a step against reliance telecom service.

      Unauthorized balance deductions a month and coustomer care arguing in a its like a customer problem

      In the beging of the month they deducted 2 times in a row while contacting the coustamer care they said / argued its a good service but i dint agrree with them the given back my amount which is deducted

      But again they are deducted money and this time they are saying it is acoustomer problem

        Sir,
        In my area there are very very poor network, we can't call or internet, and call drop is a normal incident. For call we need to came in a open place, that was far away from house. Neither any company can provide good network that we go for port. We tried to complain different service providers to solve this issue but nothing to solve. They talk it is a district border area, we can't to do better network. This is not for one provider, all are like same or some different theory for this cause.in this situation we spent about three to four year, but nothing improve. And this problem is not for one villages or part of a village. Merely four to five villages who suffer for this problem.
        The problemming area is village.- bodhgram, nobogram, sirsa, bamundiha, kota. P. S. - dubrajpur, dist-birbhum, west bengal, 731124

        We ask you that for what we suffer this network problem? Can we out of india? Or not we indian? Why are we neglected?
        At last we requested you please take any necessary action that we overcome in this problem. This is our last step to do anything. If you neglected this like telecom service provider, we nothing to do any more to solve. So please solve the problem.

        My Vodafone number is [protected]. do not receive signal at all at home. raised number of complaints but could not be resolved. decided to port to airtel. started this process on 14th dec. it has got rejected 4 times. in spite of working as per their guidance. when I follow up with them both do not have any clue what is happening wrong.
        Hi, Aircel network provider is not allowing to generate unique port number by sending SMS to 1900.

        FYI, my Aircel number is : [protected] . I am trying to port from almost 3 months.

        We request you to send a text PORT followed by 10 Digit Mobile Number to 1900, you'll receive a UPC code. Once, you get that code, please visit your nearest Aircel store along with the following documents:

        1. POA (Proof of address)
        2. POI (Proof of Identity)
        3. 2 Passport size photographs.

        Do let us know if you face any issue.

            With reference to our telephonic conversation with your team for poor networks updates.

            I would like to remind you once again for my registered complaints about feedback of poor networks status but till date I didn't get any positive response from your end as assurance given by you.

            My concern about a particular location no network of Idea(i.e: ward number-01, Village: khursipar, district : balaghat, (MP) Pin code: 481337).

            Almost more than two year have been completed from your end for my small complaints and lots of complaints had been registered by your teams but without given any response/solution to me, automatically they closed my complaints.

            further again I tried to register complaints after that I came to know that my complaint is in under process from past one year.

            I hope that this time I will get positive network in above registered area.

            As you know that as per my bill plan you are obliged to provide me a good service to customer as per TRAI Policy, however you people are unable to give me positive response till date and even without delivering good services in particular days of No Network facility lie of Charge on my plan.

            Being a valuable customer first I need a solution after that I will pay pending bill amounts after deduction of charges for No network.

            Moreover you have been unable to satisfy your old customer by delivering false commitments.

            Although, if you people have been blocked outgoing call of my number months for pending bill amounts without given solution of my registered complaint.

            I will approach to TRAI as well as other concern authority in this regards.

              Final Reminder!

              I regret to inform you that we are indian people and being as a your valuable customer from past Six to Seven years and using Number +[protected].

              Earlier this number was in prepaid connection of Madhya pradesh Circle and Recently in August 2017 ported out for New Delhi Circle as a postpaid connection.

              Further many times I have registered various complaints via telephonic as well as Mail for poor network services for example in registered region: ward No-01, Village- Khursipar, district: Balaghat (MP) Pin Code-481337 for problem of No coverage or poor network/Call drop issue.

              As per my bill plan, every months you are generating bill on without delivering services to your customer.

              In this Regards, I tried to get feedback from you end as well as by customer care help line number but Finally I came to know that my complaints has been closed automatically.

              However I have many question, These are following below:

              1) For your information, Your customer care or Idea Store people why acknowledged in Market we are best service provider before selling the SIM Card to users?
              2) Despite Trying to register Many complaints in your helpline number, Some time they didn't registered my complaints and without sharing any complaints reference number given false assurance in august month.
              3) Henceforth Again I tried to came to know that status of my complaints in sept 17 but I came to know that Myself not registered any complaints, as response got from your team.
              4) Moreover your idea team not hearing any customer problem and didn't act upon registered complaints.
              5) Every day I am getting many such kind of calls for link Addhar Number Number.
              6) As per bill plan every month, I am getting bill but there is no such kind of services.
              7) Whenever I tried to complaints, In above registered there is no network services but got response from your team, you are in roaming, thatswhy we are unable to deliver services.

              For your information, I have been harrassed with your services and tried to update your team but till date they ignored my problem.

              Even after paying bill from August, Sept, Oct, Nov months, there is no Network services.

              Yesterday I had received Call from your collection Team for pending bill amounts, when I tried to know about my services, simply they disconnected call.

              My major concern about services, This months again your team barred my incoming/outgoing call services for six days while I was in roaming and same earlier repeated because I have registered major complaints for that area(i.e. No network region).

              When I came back to Delhi circle, Then automatically you peoples activated services. This is major suspense for public or customer and your executive just claiming we have delivered 100% services on sitting over computers.

              This is really surprise news for us, till date you are continuously cheating with customer but nobody hearing customer problems. This seems as a monopolistic policy even No interference of TRAI or GOVT.

              Please evaluate the worth of my sim cards billed amounts and Cross verify across indian population total users sim cards billed amounts with your services of indian customer.

              Everyday, Just you are cheating and earning money of without services.

              Now, you peoples will not realised worth of my sim cards and services because I have not registered case in High/Supreme court but soonly you will get positive response.

              Wait and watch about TRAI RULES.

              Basically We are services provider of Healthcare Sector and almost you peoples are more aware importance of communication in Medical sector.

              Every day I was getting call on this mobile [protected] number from very important emergency units of reputed hospital for telephonic help for operating the devices but you peoples not delivered services and they impacted to make contact with me due to your No network/Poor network/Call drop issue.

              For example: Indian Govt. Vice president house emergency centre, AIIMS Hospital, R&R Hospital(Defence), Delhi Governments hospital etc.

              If such kind of network services are not there, Then who will be responsible for this.

              Please let me know, Why you peoples are calling to link ADDHAR Number with Mobile number?

              Why you peoples ignoring my problem from past six months after sending many mails and calls?

              If you are unable to deliver services to me, Please stop to do false marketing in media.

              why you peoples have generated bill as per plan but there is no services, even same information has been circulated to your team?

              Earlier, There was good network after revised roaming free policy, you peoples stopped services in that area. why?

              we are residing in our country and you know communication are very important in these and even ruling governments are implemented policy but there is no communication.

              who are responsible for poor services, Please let me know?

              If you unable to deliver services in that area, update in media we are not best service provider and cheating with customer like this.

                I am trying to generate PORT code from BSNL on my number. I have sent multiple messages for porting on 1900.

                Even reaching out to their customer care didn't make any difference they are just saying we can't do anything about it and he even confirmed that message has been sent but PORT code is not being generate.

                Also lodging a complaint didn't help they just closed without any solution.

I am being flooded by spam SMSes advising me to invest in shares, to invest in flats, etc. These SMSes are sent to my number which has been registered for DND. On contacting BSNL on an earlier occasion a few months back, I have been informed that these SMSes were originated from other Service Providers and BSNL has no control over the same.

                  Message : Multibagger Pick - Buy SUNSTAR REALTY DEVELOPMENT LTD (BSE Code:535141) @ 13.75, TGT 26 & Final TGT 115 in 8 Weeks SL 13 Minimum Qty Buy 10500 Shares.

                  My mobile number is being floodded with such SMS regularly from senders - AD-MIDCAP, AM-MVMAKS, AF-ICISEC, AM-STAXIS, ADSMCSEC, AD-EQUITY, AD-MONYMR, AD-HDFSEC, AD-ANGLES, AM-SHKHAN, AM-ANLGBN, HP-HNITIP, IM-TRADEO, AM-CAPSTR, AM-SHRMKT, AM-WLGAIN, AM-SMCSEC, AM-KOTAKS, HP-IMMTPS, etc.

                  Most of these messages try to induce me to invest in small cap shares worth nothing, in turn boost the demand for those shares and increase the price of those shares.

                  I request you

                  1. to order service providers to generally/universally block such senders without proper sender's numbers.
                  2. to order the Registrars and Transfer agents of Company Shares not to provide them the share holders' mobile numbers to anybody/any identity.
                  3. to probe with these SMS senders about the source of their getting these mobile numbers like mine and to block these sources.

                  If there are any other remedies to block such SMSes, I request such steps may be taken from your side.

                    I have called customer care number 12345 several times regarding this and also raised complaints with them but they are saying they can’t stop this messages, let me explain you in detail, i am getting every day 2 messages from ia-verify reminding me that my number is not linked to aadhaar and to get it linked before 31-mar-2018.

                    First by reading a message one time you can understand its contents and according to massage we have time till 31-mar-2018, then what sense does it make to send the same repeated message two times a day. We are waiting as the matter is in supreme court and once it’s clear we will get aadhaar linked if it requires.

                    Like above we are also getting other messages from iz-idea, iz-ideacare, ia-idea so we request you to kindly stop these messages immediately.

Last month without any intimation the number was out of service as i was using this number for so many years i need to port this number while i was in the process of porting suddenly i found that this number got activated to some lady via some roadside company sales guy. Plz be noted i had the active port number till 31st jan 2018. As per best of my knowledge no telecom company can suddenly stop its services without any intimation and even if any company stops the services then to the number cannot go to open market while in the process of porting. This is a complete fraud activity by reliance as well as by the other company who sold the number.

                          R/Sir/Mam as I complaining numerous times to Bharti Airtel Customer care center that i am facing no service but they only says it will overcome after few days, but it past 15 days they are not caring about my complain only they make formal that it will resolve, also they shows their tower report that it is ok, but in real their open network report seems prank type, plz kindly consider my complain and take some action on them.

                                Airtel range problem in pune & pimpri chinchwad city area, net data speed very slow, call drop, call not connect, I was recharge 4G data plan but actual speed 2G, some places no range in airtel sim card I was already complaint to airtel customer care but no response from anybody please resoles this issue urgently

                                  Respected Idea authority,

                                  I had 2 BSNL postpaid Numbers ie [protected] & [protected]which were ported to Idea prepaid. Due to unpaid bill of BSNL, these numbers were switched off... Lattar on I have paid the painting bill for the same... After visited Idea Head office Aurangabad, I submitted No Dues from BSNL also(as per Idea formalities)... but several times I did not got satisfactory feedback from Idea Head office...then lastly I personally complained to BSNL Aurangabad ... As per their guidance my above mentioned mobile numbers have not been transferred to BSNL.. technically LRN not transferred (for postpaid and prepaid) to BSNL... Personnel from Idea Head office even did not in mood to talk to BSNL authority/back office staff from my mobile...and sent me back with no way out from their side...

                                  How come Idea Head office Aurangabad then guided me that my numbers have been barred...if so...in this case my these numbers should have been transferred back to my previous cellular company ie BSNL...

                                  I have ported these numbers for good service and network...but in turns off that... I had gone through very pathetic experience...

                                  I need these numbers to be transferred back to BSNL or Idea...as these are linked to various portals...

                                  I have got an information that my mentioned cell numbers have been disconnected by Idea. When I had been in BSNL Back office Aurangabad, they informed me that even numbers were disconnected from Idea, those numbers must be transferred to previous service provider i.e. BSNL. BSNL authority also informed me that technically LRN code 3075 have not been changed in to 2494 in BSNL system and it must be Released or Relived from Idea Authority only though numbers have been disconnected.

                                    Sir, i have airtel no -[protected]. I have rs 448. Plan and as plan i am authorize to get 1gb per day. But airtel not providing 1gb per day. Sometimes data don't receive and some time its get exhaust very fast without any net suffering. Even, i don't open net and my data exhaust automatically. Whenever i call airtel customer care they tell about high consume of data. But how this is possible my mobile data is off. This is fraud by airtel. Please check it and fix it as soon as possible. Thanks to assist me.

I'm trying to port my number to another network but not able to do so because of network is called off from Mumbai circle. So I'm not able to send massage from that number and not able to port it. Please help me because it's my old number and I want it. Please help

                                      complaint about trading / share marketing calls and sms

                                      Respected viewer,

                                      Kindly note i am getting lots of trading and share marketing calls and smses on daily basis. I did not subscribe anything from anywhere. I have already raised a complain to my mobile service provider - vodafone but they are refusing to solve this issue.
