I recharged my prepaid bsnl mobile number [protected] with stv489 according to which i should get 4gb data per day for 90 days. But stv444 activated at my number and i'm getting 1.5gb data for 60days. I tried to call customer care but they are not responding. Where should i complaint against these frauds?
Please look in this matter and activate required special tarrif voucher to my bsnl mobile number.

      Sir i have received so many calls from share market advisers company.
      It looks that they call on a guided manner.
      The disturb and abuse me if i ignored them and refused them on taking. Sir please do something it's the matter of life and death to me. As now i became a entertainment object to them. They call me pointless as the have past track record. I have attended thousands of call.

Daily i have been receiving such messages. I have never registered it anywhere. Kindly help me out of the situation and arrange to stop the unwanted sms. Most sms comes in the name of stock alert. Kindly remove my name from the list of broadcasting sms of company's list

          Dear team,

          I wanted to port my reliance number [protected] from reliance prepaid to vodafone prepaid.

          I'm not able to receive upcn or porting code/number. I'm trying this from last one and half months but no progress.

          Currently my reliance is not working cause of rcom shut down. The problem is rcom is not sending the porting code at all for my number. I tried to do mnp in airtel, idea along with vodafone but no one is able to help as i don't have the porting code with me, however i tried all to possible possibilities to get the porting code.

          My reliance number belongs to mh circle and currently i'm located in chennai.

          Please look into my issue and help me.

            I have ported to airtel from bsnl about 2 months back. From that date i am not receiving call details of callers tried for me while i am engaged to other number. So i could not get any details of callers at that particular time. On equiry airtel has vague answer of charging extra if i want that service. Kindly look into matter as it is a common problem of general public.

              Sir i am using aircel prepaid no. ([protected]) since 28 december 2017 i have been facing network issue in my area of f-1/192 chitrakoot, vaishali nagar, jaipur 302021.
              I have complained four times in aircel office but there is no positive response from them.
              In my home mobile network is not showing so i am not able to call and internet browsing please do resolve this matter.

                    Reliance communication rejected mnp porting of my number [protected] as i got upc code, but no unable to get connected with other operator(AIRTEL). as i lost my network signal this number

                    I am totally disgusted with service of idea.Its not one day problem now it's regularly happen in my area.I am paying for 4G network but not getting that internet speed. Please take action as quickly as possible.

                      I have done recharge pack Rs.458 of Vodafone where they are mentioning unlimited calls and "*", but no teams and condition mention. Regarding this before recharge I called on 198 customer care and ask their executive for what are the terms and condition for RS. 458 unlimited calling plan they said I can call only 250 Min daily and 1000 min weekly. I asked any other terms an condition they said its open market offer so any other teams & conditions.
                      Hence I done recharge but when I tried to call on 139 no I am unable to call hence I called customer care and they said all user having issue it will resolve in 2 hrs. I waited 9 hrs then tried same issue. after that Vodafone block my customer care option. Then I written email to them then they call me said (the recharge of Rs.458 is only for local + STD hence you will be charged for the special numbers.) and (You can refer to terms and condition by visiting link below (Prepaid Mobile Online Recharge Policy);

After that i tried with my friend vodafone no and they had told to debarred my no in customer care toll free no. this the way they are misbehave their customer and they are deducting my amount immediately. if we asked there telling system is not updated. This kind of problem i and my vodafone firends are getting at Ranipet, Vellore District. Tamilnadu. Need your immediate action

                            This is to bring in your kind notice that i have port my number i. E. [protected] from airtel to vodafone, on 14th of november, due to some service issue, but now there is something wrong with the bill amount generated for november month, it is showing some booster pack along with rental charge which i haven't activated although there were more than 80gb internet available in my number, so it doesn't make any sense to activate any booster pack. Requesting you to kindly look into this, as my outgoing is blocked in current operator as well because of which i have to suffer unnecessary.
                            Hope i will get proper response and resolution in standard time.

                              I am working at a research institute which provided post paid phone service in air cell tome and to my assistant having nos..[protected] and [protected] the phone nos were registered in my name (R. Muthukumarasamy) and came under cdt plan as my institute paid the money. Later, my office withdrawn this facility from cdt to individual and official letter also sent air cell.

                              Te air cell permitted portability for one no i. E [protected] and tilldate denying this facility to my other no. I. E [protected].

                              I have trying this portability for more than 3 months and air cell service not allowing my portability to other service.
                              I request the authorities to instruct the air cell service to approve my portability to other service provider

                                I have ported first time me mobile number reliance to idea. And it is not working it is blocked by some telemarketing uses. I have no link with telemarketers. But why my sim is blocked. I don't know on which base company blocked my sim. I issues new no. Of idea and first time. It is my personal number.                                   i have been trying to move from postpaid to prepaid from last week.i asked about this service in Airtel sholingnallur store since last week.They are telling that sims are not available.Again i went yesterday for airtel sholingnallur store, now they are telling access is not available.Now i realized that i want to move to other nwtwork instead of moving post paid to prepaid.I will shift to other network postpaid plan if this is not resolved in a week.

                                  Today i have visited 3 airtel stores for postpaid to prepaid migration.below are the store names.

                                  Hexaware - Navalur

                                  Aricent - Thuraipakam

                                  Madipakkam - Medavakkam.

                                  When i asked them that i have to migrate post paid to prepaid, All the stores are saying sim stocks are not available. I have been asking them since last week.You guys are playing with me. It is airtels worst service.I will ask tell my collegues about my problem and will ask not to use this network. I am feeling frustated about that airtel people are playing with me.

                                    Am soumyajit. My airtel contact no [protected]. Recently port my number from karnataka airtel to bhubaneswar airtel on 2nd jan 2018 then i have received confirmation from airtel on 8 jan that your porting complete, now you can use new sim. But it is not working. Already i informed customers care retailers also nodal officer regarding this matter. But still i have not received any confirmation from their end. I am unable to understand that why it will take long time, also if there is problem on porting why airtel stop my old number. I am really facing trouble at this moment because i have a single sim i have no alternative contact. Please look into this matter on high priority and let me know the status.

                                      Dear sir, i am consumer of reliance communications limited since more than 15 years, my reliance mobile number is [protected]. I have following complaints against company: 1. Since Nov 2017 there is no network in my number, i got a porting ID on 7th of November and when i go to get my number ported to Idea my request doesn't go through on 11th of November i get a msg from Jio that your number has been successfully ported to jio which i have never requested for and them after trying for a month to get the number ported i finally reach out to the nearest JIO customer service outlet where in get to know that my number has been ported to JIO but with someone elses name. I dont understand how can someone else get the number of which i have the Porting Pin and the number is not even activated from past 2 months. I believe that this is just Jio strategy to get the number blocked for 90 days and then it can issue the number to its customers as its a very very old RCom number and a good one aswell. Due to this i am facing a lot of problems, since number is circulated every where like at bank accounts, gas agency, aadhar card etc. Would be great if you could solve this problem for me as its getting very very frustrating running for a number to different service providers.
                                      Please respond ASAP if this could be sorted.

                                        Dear sir, i am consumer of reliance communications limited since more than 5 years, my reliance mobile number is [protected]. I have following complaints against company: 1. Since dec 2017 there is no network in my number, when i contacted to reliance customer care number, reliance offices at indore and also contacted toll free complaint number of reliance comm. Ltd.[protected] which i get from trai website, but i did'nt receive any sesponse from all these numbers. Due to this i faces many problems, since this is the only number through which i can communicate and only this number is circulated every where like at bank accounts, gas agency, aadhar card etc. 2. I want to port my number to other telecom service provider but i did'nt have port number. Kindly accept my complaint and give me the port number at my alternate number [protected]. And also charge penalty and charges against reliance for disconnecting there services without giving proper public notice and public announcement and without providing proper porting facility to there customer and reply me asap.
