The trai 3 month rule of portability is good. But the company (Idea) misuse the rule about postpaid customer. First they call the customer of prepaid who use the number long time and which is used by customer for bank account, insurance and other fixed activities. Suddenly mts teli service totally stop from yesterday in burdwan, west bengal-713102. Now sim card has no network. Not give any notice for this. We have suffered much more problems for this. My tata docomo internet not working and i am not getting any resolution since 10 oct-17. Tata account number and complaint number as follows.

Tata docomo complaint number[protected], registered on 10th oct-17.

- i am contacting regularly to service desk but not getting resolution
- followed escalation matrix, still no support....

I have port my mobile no vodafone to airtel last month 13th. Till today i have not get full net work and also call drop. I was call and compliant airtel costumer care, he will not interest my compliant and he will suggest wait for 120days for air tel net work issue solve.
Am doing small business, so my customer are compliant me to net show not reachable

My complaint no is 15650288 date on 21-sep-2017. My issue is i have deposit my payment is another account and call connect support to reverse the amount to my account no and support agree it fix easily within 4 to 5 working days. My new handset (Redmi 4) was stolen on[protected]. I was using a vodafone sim. I asked vodafone to block my sim and asked them to blacklist my imei no as well. They clearly stated that they will not block/blacklist the imei no for my stolen phone.

I have already lodged fir for my stolen mobile handset and can provide with the fir copy as well as the phone bill with the imei

Hi yesterday 23-10-17 i got an sms from jionet saying that trai is going to shutdown my number because i have made some promotional calls.
But i have been using my number as my personal number for years.
My number has been shutdown and i have contacted jio for the same but they say they cannot help in this case.

I got multiple bills on after suspended. I already paid extra amount to close this card. But still they sent am email saying i will get one more bill in nov.

I have ported my number from vodafone to idea 20 days back and still struggling for resolutions of my network related issues with idea company. I am not getting any network at my office as well as my home.in both these places i was having fabulous network connectivity with vodafone. There is frequent call drops in idea network. I have been continuously complaining about this with idea but no resolution being provided till date. Every time...

Iam using airtel prepaid since today. No offers from airtel now a days so requested to change for vodofone since many offers from vodofone. Your customer care officials conversed for long time convinced to stay with airtel and they said will give special offers and told about rs.399 package for 84 days daily 1 gb data and unlimited calls. After the call they said to recharge within 24 hrs to activate this pack and i made the same and recharged....

My docomo no has been disconnected by airtel or docomo service provider due to unpaid bill payment

But i paid previous service provider

On 07 aug 2017 ported in docomo after that i recharge on that recharge is success full but on 13 oct 2017 first out going has been blocked after that incomimg and after that disconneted by docomo

So that due to my mobile no too much loss
