Dear sir,

I am heera jagadsih singh. My mobile number is [protected].

I need your help. Airtel is providing me a poor internet connection.
I given complaint on internet network to airtel but still now also the issue is not solved and there is no guarantee in future that the problem will resolve. More than 1 year completed still now there is no change in my problem. I have opted for 4g connection where as i am getting speed only 2.5kb/s. To open www.google.com it is taking more than 25 seconds. To open youtube it is taking maximum 35 seconds. To play a video it is taking more than 1 minute. The video will play for 2 seconds and it will buffer again for 30 seconds and it will play for 3 seconds. I am unable to do any updated from playstore because of slow connection. I spoke to airtel customer care team more than 30 times from past year. Everytime they convince me by saying that my problem will resolve in next 3 working days. Still now the problem is not resolved.

I am using a wi-fi privately which is connected to laptop that i am paying every month 500rs where as he is providing me 2mbps and the speed in mobile is 780kbps but where as airtel is giving me only 2.5kbps.
When ever i call 121 or 198. It says me that airtel is providing that highest network speed.
Even though signal quality has also been came down.

I need your intervention on it and i request to resolve my issue as soon as possible. Every time airtel customer care team calls me and gives me false information.

I am using airtel number past 5 years my number [protected] suddenly emergency services no network next I'm going and get replaced SIM OCT 1st week but still not activated my number airtel coustermer center not given properly reply please clear this issu and I attach my SIM details and my aadhar card..

    My porting request is not accepted by reliance gsm
    No Transparency in Airtel data plans. They are taking back 1GB data in 15bminutes with out downloading anything. When I ask about any details they simply said no details provided because of customer privacy. Is it something that TRAI can take care not to cheat customers?
    Lots of numbers in india to very highest Fraud calls provided..plz block them and plz noted FIR and take action..
    Their was a call from [protected], fake call saying branch manager speaking from HDFC BANK & demanding my Adhar card ATM card No. Call received at 2.45 pm on 24/10/2017, while asking about bank branch started abusive leguage.

      I took a new premium number from vodafone with red699 monthly rental plan, but i am not satisfied with his network and customer care service, very bed service provide by vodafone, i complain against 4g network commed but speed not commed in any area of rajkot, my vodafone complain number is[protected] as on date 23 oct 2017, but than after not come single answer from them.

      I call to Vodafone customer care on 198 but executive told me u can go with TRI than you can free to doing it for my problem, I am not satisfied with his answer.

      From yesterday 12:46 onwards all the relaince customers who i knows faced this problem only in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana...almost from 19 hours...what the ### is this?what action u taken on them till now?

        Jio refusing alternate modes for porting in where weak fingerprints on my poor skin are failing repeatedly.

        Even my aadhar card has only 8 fingerprints registered. No it's not the machine's fault. It's because i have very faint fingerprints on my plastic like dry thick skin on fingers. I know it's not machine's fault also because in my several office/workplace where finger sensor based entry is mandatory, i have always been provided by my humanitarian employers, alternative modes like card swiping or password registration.

        Jio simply refusing to offer alternative modes despite recent govt orders to provide more alternative modes like otp & iris biometrics registration.

            The trai 3 month rule of portability is good. But the company (Idea) misuse the rule about postpaid customer. First they call the customer of prepaid who use the number long time and which is used by customer for bank account, insurance and other fixed activities. Then they offer fake schemes with sweet voiced call. After converting customer prepaid to postpaid they aplied other schemes which was not requested by customer. Then customer want to make the connection postpaid to prepaid. But they not pass the request. Because the postpaid costumer is fixed income of company and profited by crediting unknown schemes and request. After frusted customer go to other company by portability. For that customer paid all the bill amount also extra amount for portability period (5 days). Then they use another funda. The company excicuter make romaing call and increase the billing amount so that the company authority to cancel the porting request. So please close the all weak holes and help to customer cheating by company. Please make a stonge rule to avoid cheating of company to costumer.

              Even i had the same issue and it almost 10 days, amount deducted from my hdfc account against airtel online recharge [protected]-citrusairtel reference # [protected], what the hell airtel people are doing it a big scam and we have to take this issue seriously..

              I made a transaction in the above website on 27/04/2017 to pay the airtel mobile bill for [protected].
              First time the payment was unsuccessful but the amount got debited from my credit card.
              Then i made another transaction to pay the bill. Still that unsuccessful transaction amount didn't credit to my credit card.

              Today (02/05/2017) i tried to pay bill for my 4g lte [protected]. As usual, the first transaction shows unsuccessful but still the amount is debited from my credit card.

              Please do the needful. Let me know when i will get my amount back for unsuccessful transactions.

              I made a online recharge for rs 349 via airtel app for number [protected] with my debit card, my transaction failed. The amount got deducted from my debit card but its not yet refunded. I did the transaction on 13/05/2017 & the bank transaction id is prcr/[protected]/[protected]. Please check.
              Immediately the next day i made a trasaction for rs 349 via hdfc credit card, that also transaction failed but money has got deducted & no refund yet.

                        stolen phone

                        My new handset (Redmi 4) was stolen on[protected]. I was using a vodafone sim. I asked vodafone to block my sim and asked them to blacklist my imei no as well. They clearly stated that they will not block/blacklist the imei no for my stolen phone.

                        I have already lodged fir for my stolen mobile handset and can provide with the fir copy as well as the phone bill with the imei

                        Important - dear sir/madam, uprokt sare calculation karna meri majboori ban gai kyoki aapke customer care me bat karne par kha jata hai ki 2 gb daily data use karne ke bad maine 10 gb data use kar liya gaya hai. Main kitna bhi samjhane ki kosis krta hun ki mujhe benefit diya hi nahi gaya hai wah sunane ko taiyar hi nahi hote. Aap bataye maine 06/10/2017 ko apne mobile ko recharge kiya uske bad se abhi tak kis din 10 gb data rs. 509 ke benefit ke bad use kiya hai.

                        Maine kab kab aapke customer care me bat ki hai is sambandh me ab wah detail send kar raha hun. Kripya dhyan se dekhiyega.

                          Hello trai,

                          On 13th oct i joined idea service provider from vodafone (Using mnp), during documentation submission to idea sales team they offered me 499 plan with all below benefits along with 1st one-month rent free (Also they send all below details through sms for record purpose, i have enclosed same in this ticket as well).

                          Plan details:
                          Unlimited 499 plan
                          Unlimited calling local and std
                          Unlimited calling in roaming (Outgoing and incoming)
                          Unlimited sms
                          Unlimited data with 4g speed

                          But, now they denied to provide committed benefits, i also locked complaint to idea customer care on same day “
                          Request number c[protected]”, but until today i didn’t get any resolution.

                          Now i have only you as hope, so please help me to fix my issue.

                                  I was using vodafone no - [protected]. I requested to deactivate my card on 27 sept and after one day card was suspended.
                                  I got multiple bills on after suspended. I already paid extra amount to close this card. But still they sent am email saying i will get one more bill in nov.
                                  I will share my emails if you need.

                                  Desirable resolution: need to close this card and dont sent any extra bill and refund my extra amount.

                                  I am getting calls from a unknown number[protected], from 19th October. when i pick the call, the phone simply disconnects.
                                  I am reporting it as i suspect this can be some attempt at phishing data from my phone or some other mischievous threat which can harm in some way or the other.

                                    Till now its connecting in 2g

                                    But you have rejected the request bcs of 90 days not completed

                                      I have ported my number from vodafone to idea 20 days back and still struggling for resolutions of my network related issues with idea company. I am not getting any network at my office as well as my home.in both these places i was having fabulous network connectivity with vodafone. There is frequent call drops in idea network. I have been continuously complaining about this with idea but no resolution being provided till date. Every time complaint is closed stating they have resolved from their end. They did not care that customer is still struggling from the problem
