Dear sir/madam,

I am vodafone customer for last 12 years and using atleast 10 vodafone numbers registered on my address (Indra nagar, near adarsh nagar delhi 110033). From last one year we are facing network issues with vodafone with no service coming every time.

I have contacted vodafone customer service, nodal team and appellate team however the team is not willing to resolve. I want vodafone to fix a booster for some time and check whether the issue is resolved or not however they are clearly refusing my request. Besides of paying bills on timely basis, vodafone is not trying to resolve the issue. My contact number is [protected] located in delhi.

Request your urgent intervention on the same.

    Done recharge of 4g for rs.348 of idea for unlimited calling but since last 10 days facing issue with range & connectivity of internet.

    Raised complaint on 16.09.17 @ idea customer care & they inform 45 hours to resolved the issue.

    Still not resolve the issue. Have called today now they extent the deadline & saying same will resolve till 21.09.17.

    Request intervention.

    They charge hugh amt. From customer & provided poor & poor services.

    As recharge validity is for 28 days & after doing recharge almost 4 days are over & they require more 3-4 days i.e. 7 days will have to bear chages for 4G & used such irritating services from Idea

      Dear concern,

      Since april 2017 facing network issue & data speed issue.
      Escalated n number of times, name sake customer support team raise a service ticket and close the ticket by 3 days without resolving the issue.

      U say that you have the world's largest 4g network even i don't think that u have the best 3g network i cannot be able to use 3g network on my cell phone then how can i use 4g. When i set to 4g all network go down

      6 months paid bill without proper usage.

          Hello, my name is rahul tripathi. I am vodafone postpaid service user and my number is [protected]. On aug 14, i went to vodafone store, west patel nagar and applied to switch my number from postpaid to prepaid. A service number[protected] was given. I also paid my bill with ₹50 processing fee. From then to today i am given many service number as[protected],[protected]. I am not told about issues regarding my application even i have provided my alternate number to them. Many customer care executives replied me unsatisfactory and never call back after promises to call back.
          So, i am totally faded up with all these consequences as a bill is also generated for the cycle and not even told about the issues. Do we customers have only option to run as they want? I think that you could answer better.
          I hope you would help me and support me regarding my problem.

              Hi,

              I am very tired to vodafone for unexpected behavior, customer care executive communicate rudely and badly.
              And your billed amount is also huge amount and unrelated. They stop the service as you want for 13-15 days, again and again after discussion.
              Your commitment is meaningless because they are not doing as per discussion.
              I am very very tired and frustrated to your service.

                My mobile number is [protected]. I am currently receiving additional charge of rworld and mms pack. I have never activated it. However, i have discontinue the services by going to near reliance store, anyhow it was started again by the company.

                I registered one complaint again it but they didn't provide any solution and service are till active.

                I suggest everyone not to use reliance communication as company is going unethical business.

                    Sir I have my Telinor no. [protected], two time I've submitted my port request but Telinor company are not lefting to me.Sir in my home the network is very bad of this company.please directed to company that left my mobile no soon.
                    Escalation slow internet speed from dated 24.7.2017 in my Jio number [protected]. Till now Jio company didn't provided resolution. More than 57 email of speed test in net velocity app also provided but they were not resolving my issue.

                    Please help me.

                        Before 10 days i have recharged rs. 154 on 12.09.2017 recharged rs.10 on 15.09.2017 i have recharge for rs.42 (Unlimited r to r pack) & rs.10 & rs.14 (Reliance sms pack) & rs.10 and on 16.09.2017 rs.10

                        But not able to send one sms & no talk time in my number, and i don’t know whom to contact

                        No customer care number assistance, nobody picking the phone.

                          With due respect i am stating that my mobile no [protected] disconnected by vodafone as per order of trai on the ground that above number involved in promotional or calling dnd number.
                          Sir, i am working in municipal corporation of delhi as chief medical officer (Sag). If any thing happened from my side which i don't know then it might be accidental not intentional.

                          Sir this number is since 7-8 years after disconnction of this number i lost all my personal contact.
                          Kindly look into the matter for restoration of above number. I will be gratefull to the authority for restoring the number on valid ground as i am not involved any call to dnd number or promotional activities.

                            I was a vodafone customer from 2006 in prepaid mode from this january 2017 i made it in to postpaid but because of downloading 2 games i got a huge bill of 1800/- and continued in the next month also. I paid the total due as on date i. E. On 24.06.2017 and asked the vodafone store staff to change my number [protected] in to prepaid mode. As per my request they had given me a sim for activation in to prepaid mode, but it was not activated as on today i. E. On 15.09.2017. Can i move this matter in to consumer forum or else could you make my problem resolved. Please solve this issue. I am enclosing the bill which i made payment on 24.06.2017.

                              I have applied for mnp of idea no [protected] to jio telecom but it was rejected on the pretext that bill is pendind but in reality bill was in (-) that is it was overpaid. I have already 600/- in my account.
                              So i want to lodge a complaint against idea cellur or telecom punjam unneccery harrasing me
                              Date of rejection is 06.09.2017 i have also went to lodge a complaint to idea showroom in sect 35 chandigarh but all in vain

                              i got a phone call from [protected] he totold that he is amit sinha and listened the complaint and disconnected it after few seconds i got call from [protected] again asking the same thing but in very odd way.when i asked about his identy but he disconnected again

                                I am book jio phone on 24.08.2017 by using net banking option of state bank of india option. Payment is deducted from my account but transaction is failed.
                                From 24.08.2017 i am continuous taking follow up from jio but from jio i cant get refund of rs. 500/- till date. Jio customer executive only committing me that your amount will refund withing next 3 days from 24.08.2017.

                                  Airtel sim not working. Number of times complaint in customer care. No use. Pls solve the problem. As well as possible. I loss my business case of airtel. Airtel sim no signal, calls are not incoming. Airtel customer care told your incoming & out going calls active but i'm not incoming calls properly. Airtel customer care problem not cleared. No use of my complaints.

                                    I have recently port from airtel to docomo. It was my big mistake. First that docomo store guy told me sir you will not get any coverage issue.

                                    But it was wrong commitment. Tata docomo coverage is very very very poor even you can't expect. I am from pune here it's very poor.

                                    I have raised complain 2-3 times but every time they have closed ticket from back end without giving any solution.

                                    Recently i ported from airtel to idea postpaid, with a due amount of 630 rupees i had completely cleared all the due amount on 9th if september, but my number is barred on 14 of this month. After several call made to customer care they are very irresponsible asking to visit idea outlet. I am having my due clearence bill and also submitted to idea customer support. Please find a solution to my problem.

                                      Pathetic customer care they don't want to listen to the customer

                                      I have connection in the name of north delhi motorcycles since 2013, i have boradband connection, mobile connection etc.

                                      In my mind airtel is only the king in communication that's why i attached with the airtel, but now i got the point its my myth only nothing els.

                                      Because i am try connect with customer care from 2013 but till date not able to do the same - when i will call airtel customer care no they will said you are under corporate connection so you have to write us mail and we will discuss over the mail only when we will write they will not responded since 2013.

                                      Request you to please let us know where i have to go...
