Sir,
with due respect and humbly submission i beg to state that i am a customer of jio.My jio number is -- [protected] .We have been facing huge difficulties due to worse network of jio.They have been looting us by fake 4G network.in our place they are not providing 4 G network.But they are collecting money from us in the name of 4 G network.Every months i recharge my jio number of Rs-199 For consuming jio's 4 g network.But in our place they looting us by jio's fake 4 g network . Network quality of jio is so rubbish that we are unable to make phone call and unable to use internet. And also i would like to inform you that when electricity goes out jio's network automatically reduce to zero.is jio know that we are not consuming jio's service in free?Then why Jio is harassing us? If jio not provide proper 4 G network immediately then jio should close their services in our place.stop harassing us.i kindly request to the Indian government please help us.

    I b.Venkatbabu from panruti-607106 i got airtel prepid service no [protected] for my child online class .From 04/08/2021 - 8pm no service available. My son's online class totally cut.
    Education affected.Kindly solve the sevice problem and take action airtel chennai service provider, not make any mistakes in future.Sim is 4g but not 4g speed network is very slow.Kindly take action.

        I have take jio connection on May month after a week I have discontinued the connection the refund ammount 1500rs i have not received they have refund only 500rs I have rise complaint in jio customer care for more than 3times but there is no proper response from jio team please take same action against jio team and refund my money

                    Dear Team,

                    Airtel is bending backwards to harass me regarding NO connectivity, despite mailing them every single day. I wish to port my post paid no, ( for over 12 years) but the new plan with 2 new additional no, is in the lock in period. there is major connectivity issue in the mobile as well as the dongle sim. NO one at Airtel has bothered to resolve. I m tired of getting calls from the crass untrained interns, who only make my blood boil. Is there no senior officer @ Airtel, that can look into this. I will be charged despite no connectivity. The brand is bunch of baffons, incompetent cheats

                    Pls intervene and make the brand pay for harassing the customer.

                      I have been facing the network issue from past one week also been complained to vodafone customer care but no action has been taken.
                      Due to covid we are asked to do work from home but not able to do the work from home, my manager is asking to quit the job because of this network issue.
                      Please take some action on them.

                        My service provider is tata sky. Package is not getting modified and i am unable to see the channels. I am facing the problem since 12th july 2021 and i am calling to the tata sky customer care each and every day for the same issue but didnot get any resolution and tatasky doesnt seems to provide any help that is why i m trying reaching you and expect some help from your side and also my product lies in the warranty period so help me to either get the refund of the set top box as it is android box (tata sky binge+) and i am having 4 set top boxes at my house or help me for the resolution.

                                I am Siju John, currently i am vi India and bsnl customer . Now I using one bsnl and two vi numbers (Two numbers for Childrens online class ). One of my vi number ([protected]) need to Port in bsnl network. In vi, i am a active customer, last two week inside i consumed three packs from vi for same number(for call, data and general) I requested, one of my vi number port to bsnl (same as above ). Unfortunately this request neglect from vi India. Vi banned SMS TO PORT BSNL .Kindly requesting you to solve this problem & allow for bsnl porting. The (vi) customer care person said to me, if you want to go another network must paid 128 rupees again for one sms.as a customer i need mobile number portel code from vi india.

                                  I am planning to switch from Vodafone to another network and I tried to send SMS to 1900 for Mobile number portability but the message is not being sent and keep getting error as "Failed"
                                  I have done a recharge of Rs49 to send sms still not working.
                                  Then I called customer care and they are asking us to recharge further Rs.129 in order to send just one SMS to 1900.

                                  According to me Vodafone is trying to steal / Scam money from common people and Rs129 is very big amount to send one SMS. and TRAI should take strict action on service provider who are all blocking sms since this is the rights to each people from India and sending message to 1900 should be free.

                                  Vodafone team called me again and asking me to recharge for Rs.128 to activate the SMS facility and to send one SMS to 1900.
                                  Rs.128 is very big amount and it is my hard earned money, so I cant waste for one SMS that too govt provisioned number 1900.
                                  Since I am planned to move out of service, why Vodafone asking me to recharge for Rs128 that too Prepaid subscribers for one sms.
                                  As far my concern it could be considered as legal scam ie. legally Vodafone is taking the money from common people pocket even if you don't want continue the service with us.
                                  Ideally SMS to PORT <Mobile number> facility should be free because govt is providing the facility and freedom to choose the service provider as per consumer wish.

                                    Hi,
                                    My airtel prepaid mobile number - [protected] was working till[protected] and suddenly, it stopped working and when I tried to call on the same, it was saying that temporarily out of service and I connected with customer care, they told that this is not an Airtel number as they don't have any data about my number.
                                    Please help.

                                      We 6 people have been using jio in our house for the last 3-4 years but till date we have never received fast network service. Many a time we also lodged our complaints with various medium to jio, yet no progress has ever been made. The importance of networking has increased in life after Corona period but the network is slowing down everyday. Our children are never able to take classes properly online, in addition to which sometimes transactions have also suffered due to poor network. Now we are distressed at not getting services even after paying so much money. Please take the trouble to take cognizance as it is useless to expect Jio Now we are distressed at not getting services even after paying so much money. Please take the trouble to take cognizance because expecting Jio is useless.

                                        With reference to the captioned subject mentioned above it is inform you that we are facing very poor Jio network connection in our area(Pimpalkhuta)as I am using jio network services since last 4 years but still the Internet speed in our area is very poor also students in our area cannot study properly due to this reason.as Covid-19 still prevailing in our country and schools are remained closed due to this.
