Dear Team,
Airtel is bending backwards to harass me regarding NO connectivity, despite mailing them every single day. I wish to port my post paid no, ( for over 12 years) but the new plan with 2 new additional no, is in the lock in period. there is major connectivity issue in the mobile as well as the dongle sim. NO one at Airtel has bothered to resolve. I m tired of getting calls from the crass untrained interns, who only make my blood boil. Is there no senior officer @ Airtel, that can look into this. I will be charged despite no connectivity. The brand is bunch of baffons, incompetent cheats
Pls intervene and make the brand pay for harassing the customer.
