Respected sir/Madam
With reference to the captioned subject mentioned above it is inform you that we are facing very poor Jio network connection in our area(Pimpalkhuta)as I am using jio network services since last 4 years but still the Internet speed in our area is very poor also students in our area cannot study properly due to this reason.as Covid-19 still prevailing in our country and schools are remained closed due to this.
So we request you to install new tower which can provide a good speed & Network connection.the area address is given as:

    Hi, I am using Airtel no. [protected] in UPEast and since last 1 month I am not satisfied with the voice & data performance. People are not able to hear my voice properly during voice and data calls both. Net gets disconnected very often almost after every 5 min and there are buffering in videos also. I have logded complaint many times but there response is not serious and neither I saw any resolution to satisfaction level. Also thier executives talk illogically and frsutate customer. Please, look into the issue for customer benefit as Airtel seems to be not concerned with network performnace improvement at all.

      Facing set up box issue (red light blinking issue) replace the box with new one with their appropriate charges with six months warranty, but with in one month same issue occur and they have replaced it with engineer visit charges.
      Now again after 2-3 months its getting the same issue.

      Why should every time i will pay for engineer visit charges they are providing the cheap quality product.
      Already raised the concern with nodal office but no solution from the nodal officer itself.

      First time this box replaced in the month of March 1st week and 2nd time replaced in the same month and now again in July month third time same problem occurring.

          Recharge 501 done in my Vodafone number on 30.05.2021 validity is 56 days but past 10days not working. Called to 198 they said to recharge then use no other option. The validity not over they foolish the customer using un tearm words. Contact [protected]

              I'm a user of jio telecom services for about 5 years now.
              From the last year (i, e. 2020) I have been facing a lot of issues related to internet connectivity and network issues.
              I have complained about these issues to jio customer care executive's.
              From past 1 year they are saying it will take 120-180 days.(now its july of 2021)
              And no corrective measures have been taken.
              And to worsen the issues.
              They (i, e. Customer care executive's)
              Had removed the option to talk to them.
              I'm not getting any option to communicate with jio customer support service. ( if I call from any other jio number I can communicate with jio customer care but not from my number)
              Please take corrective actions.
              I'm a CA aspirant and I need to attend online classes so as to study.
              I believe you will solve the problem as soon as

                Jio plans cost suddenly increased before 3 month recharged for 3 month at 555, its plan details are unlimited calls and 1.5 gb data per day for 84 days but when recharge today at 499, i get only Data 1.5 gb per day, not for voice calls

                  This Gajaathi Raju, from Rajamahendravaram(Rajahmundry), i am the distributor of Airtel Digital TV as Name of SRI SAI AGENCIES, and i resigned 3 years back as a distributor and requested to settile the deposite amount.

                  After so many reminders also there no action. Till date settlement not happen from the company.

                  Already wrote a mail to TRAI regarding this f & f settlement problem from the company. Till date no response from TRAI also

                  I am requesting to close this as early as possible

                          I recharge twice my VI number [protected] today but at till time services not activated, And also unable to connect customer care for resolution call has been automatically got disconnected, and this thing causing to much inconvenience indeed. VI chatbot is also confirming that recharge is successfully done but Hance service is not start.

                            My internet not working properly. I have called jio customer care centre to complaint my issue. Jio executive said in my area they are doing to some technical work due to that its not working. i have asked to raise a ticket. she told after 2 hours your issue will resolved i cant raise the ticket and she disconnected my call.

                            Issue if customer care not raising the issue when consumer requested.
                            they are sending any email or sms for their end activity.

                                    With due respect. Sir in our village network speed is very slow at morning and speed at night in sleeping hour..                                       Hello,

                                      I am a memebr of GTPL broadband from last 8 years but from last 6 months I was facing internet issues everyday but they are not looking it as no one came to check issue in DP side as well as residential side and closed ticket automatically, so after waiting 3-4 days I have to visit the office multiple times and then they resolve it, So two months ago I changed the line and moved to GTPL fiber but they took total two months time to install fiber after taking a payment, So I lost two months from my service and I am fine with it if it works properly. Two days ago I got my fiber connection and on next day internet is not working, So I complained online but today the technician closed the ticket without resolving it. In last two months I visited their office 13 times and also visited Shahibaug main branch 2 times. Every time I have to take half leave from my work but GTPL is not understand a customer problem. Please look into it and resolve it.
