I applied for GTPL internet connection on 23rd April. However due to society rules wiring was not permissible and I had to cancel the purchase.
As per the GTPL policy, refund should be received within 45days. However it has been nearly 52days. I have not received any refund.
I have done email + phone follow ups with them but they are promising future dates.
