Mobile towers have been illegally installed in Durga Nagar.

Durga Nagar is a slum. In such a situation, the installation of mobile towers here is a violation of government regulations.

Due to the cement sheeted roof, this tower is in danger of the lives of the people of the township.

A short distance from the tower is the Oberoi International School. High tension wire electrical wires have also been removed from the tower.

This tower is completely illegal. Local people are also threatened by strong wind, electricity, electromagnetic radiation.

Telecom companies are allowed to operate during lock down. In such a situation, illegal towers are also a crime by such companies.

Please help to get this tower removed as soon as possible.

I am a customer of Tata sky dth service. Long time they activate reapetedly costly pack in my id and when I complain their customer care they deny and blame to me and also deduct amount from my account. I have enogh proof that they are faurd and during long time cheated to me.. I wants action against Tata sky dth service provider..

Tell me how to take action against this faurd company...

I am using Airtel network for long years.My connection is prepaid I am poor network for 1 year.I raised complaint several times.But the issue is not resolved.Network showing 4G but speed is very poor.During this pandemic, I am working from home in alternate days.But I am unable to do any work because of this poor network.I can't attend a zoom or webex meeting in correct time.I can't complete a normal call because the call is disconnect several times.This is affecting my job also.this useless network.So I request you to resolve this issue on urgent basis so that I can work easily.If its not resolved my number, I need to network services resolve me my number [protected] Kindly service help me

But due to covid my no got closed in bsnl few months ago
Now the bsnl authorities say that my number is gone to the privious network of Aircel
Since Aircel telecom doesnot exist anymore
Kindly provide me the number with bsnl network.

डीश टीवी के तरफ से काँल आया ... और वहा से कहा गया की movies active channel फ्री है अँक्टीवेट कर लो, आपके पैसे कट नही होंगे . मै फीर तीन चार बार पुछ लीया तो बोला गया की फ्री है पैसे कट नही होंगे . जब अँक्टीवेट कीया गया तो समझ में आया की 59 रुपये कट हो गये. तो मुझे ऊनके खीलाफ अँक्शन लेना है. और मुझे मानसीक परेशानी के वजह से 25000rs. Jurmana Dena padega.

Sir, i'm using jio network above 4 years.
Theare are no internet speed, trouble even calling. Please note my complain and please tell me how to get back my recharged mony which is been blocked from 4 years.
Otherwise improve network quality within a week

My Jio Broadband not working from May 13, Multiple times I raised a complaint and the same has been closed without resolution. 3 days once I am creating new ticket to get resolution. Past 26 days complaint in Open status.

I have no network and mobile data issue from yesterday. I contacted jio but no action has been taken yet she said they will resolve the issue in 6 hrs but it is more than 24hrs the issue isn't resolved.
The operator is also rude in behaviour
This signal and mobile data problem is very frequent.

JIO is not fixing it network strength in our area. All the time the network strength of JIO is in between -110dbm to -120dbm.

It is our a village area. Also during this lockdown students can't attend their online classes due to poor network.

And call drop is a major problem too.

1. Service Request number 42784637 raised on 24th May yet not resolved.
2. No response from customer care after giving 4 reminders
3. Complaint given 5 days before.
4. No waiver is issued as service of DTH is out of order
5. Wrong promises as service will be resumed on 24th May- in trailing mail 1st response of complain.
6. six reminder given to airtel- but customer care is not responding at all

I am residing in Pathare Vasti area of Lohegaon Pune. Jio tower is just 50 mtrs away fro my house. Jio network fails after 02 hrs of commercial power supply outage. I have written more than 10 e mails to jio care on the issue in past 4 months and also spoken to their customer care number but no permanent solution has been provided. I have called customer care team yesterday also but no solution is provided so I adviser tried to transfer my call to supervisor but supervisor was not available. I requested customer care adviser to call me back whenever supervisor is available but she said that no such provision is there.
It is requested that the issue may be taken up with the company to provide uninterrupted quality network.
