Trai — betrayal from airtel | |||||
I am airtel customer. On my no. I made a recharge of inr 500 which came with an unlimited validity. 10 days back i started receiving messages that my unlimited validity has now been converted to a limited validity plan which will expire on 22nd november 2018. I felt betrayed by the company as i have been using airtel sim from past 7-8 years and ever since, a problem of this sort encountered. I tried to contact customer care. Where i had a word with rajat saxena, highly "knowledgeable person", didn't take into consideration as to how loyal customer i m to this company, straightway asked me to either recharge with inr 35 or all my services will be stopped. If that's the case i would like to either seek a refund (Ie. Inr 328.16) of my money or would like to transfer this money to some other mobile no.
