[Resolved] Trai — bill payment issues
I have moved away from vodafone subscription in sep 2019 to another service provider, also paid the bill in time once the bill was raised.
In spite of paying the bill, attached proof, but i still keep getting this annoying calls, sms and email from the vodafone call center.
I have responded to a valid email received from the vodafone, also attached the payment confirmation receipt, in spite of that vodafone has not updated their payment data.

This has been resolved, I got an sms on 5th May indicating a refund request is registered and subsequently got the small, which was very small for Vodafone to write a cheque of Rs. 0.18 paise. So I have ignored that request, may be they can add to the kitty of non-claimant.
