Trai — Broadband connection not shifted and bills generated | |||
Hi, I made a request on 03.05.2017 to shift my airtel broadband connection from one location to another in ghaziabad city only. I have been confirmed that it will take 3 - 5 working days to transfer the same. It had not been shifted and i did not get informed that there is some network wiring issue so airtel unable to shift. I asked to surrender the number and there after i get confirmation call from airtel company that it will get shift in 2 days. I have provided complete address where it should get shift. My request have been closed without any prior information and still connection have not been shifted. Again i called at customer care centre and again i have been promised that it will get shift in two days when it have not been done, i asked to surrender the connection. Now, company people are calling again and again to transfer the connection at some other place. I did not use the connection and there was no my fault at all and they are generating bill without usage while i request for surrender on 13.05.2017.
