I'm a regular customer of idukki vision digital (Mso), idukki district, kerala. After the new tariff system, they do not provide channel selection procedure to customers. When we asking for to chose our own favorite channels, they said that to choose their packages. They do not allow main regional language free to air channels in basic pack (130+gst). They are forcing customers to take their own packages only. Their website has no option to select customer favorite channel for reference the address and web links are as follows. Please do the needful.

Sir i have videocon d2h connection and i have recharged my d2h connection with rs.340 on 6 feb 2019. I have seen my all channel satisfactory but suddenly videocon d2h changed my plan with rs.722 without my permission and closed my channel. My videocon d2h id is 98496871.
