Trai — cable operation and dish network - almost turning fake in the public minds

More than any service provider of dth still playing almost giving nothing and they keep people in confusion mode,
Instead they force to make people for yearly package or 3months, or months full payment of package this all today set up each serviceprodiver making it forcefully pulling out they bring best out of that

But then they make to give proper information nor feasibility of server or network toll free number proper guidelines still not in practice

I just get to understand every time either they feasbility of server is??? And they pull me out to make me to pay extended days of payment and adding as due charges not paying timely by user this factors are faced by users

I donot understand when package is given so much on display sceen or news paper about their network number of package allowed us to confuse

Display screen on says about complete package but given in the list by service provider dth make to fail on certain ends on their website

This is almost done dth is not givng proper information plus what do they give is nothing but cheating people money and time

as due charges and extended days, postponement of payment this all done often, sir i do monthly payment prior to the date in dth service provider, i do make them to support on giving understanding on channels andprice package, lot of time wasted by spending on website like dish tv.in and feasbility of server is almost carried nothing, repeated complaint to nodal officer there is no proper support
and retailer shop is not giving ample understanding on current plan instead direct toll free make us wait for que and the responds to postpone this happens on every month which makes us waste of time spending on online payment and getting online channels
tamilnadu cable service and private networks like dishtv service makes people to suffer
Updated by sathiishkumar Feb 02, 2019 toll free number the given service provider and website often allows to make instant recharge what they decide, either user cannot ask anything more than that instead the member in dish tv network keep saying trai issues when we demand give us understanding on the plan they keep postponing us to wait and then when monthly package gets over to recharge that lot of trouble to be faced by user on every month on month ending up yelling with customer care and there is no proper guidelines in regional language and nor english language down soutth district making to fail in all ends, local operatior making user or people to suffer

should say all that teller machine is equipped to enrol the channels that is all settings made but package list itself missing all that they give almost confuse us on choosing it up
this all highly under poltical fight who runs more channels and fate of every user to listen to such things often
