[Resolved] Trai — cheating customer | |||
I am a customer of Videocon d2h bearing id 91816868 and requested on May 4th for relocation from old house new to house, one day one technician came and de-installed the D2H and not done the installation the person said another technician will come to install he said, i am waiting and keep on calling customer care but no respone they are telling do it within 8 working hours but no doing and deducted the money from accoutn on May7th.
