Trai — collecting technician fee for upgrading set top box | |||
Dear sir, I have sun direct dth set top box. The signal also loss. I have contacted customer care executives. They said need to upgrade the dth box. So am ready to pay for new box. But they asked me to pay for technician charge also. Actually they need to serve free. Because am paying for new dth box also. Please take a action against this. Thank you.
