Trai — complain about my d2h

My videocon d2h i think is fake. They are not listening & applying my new trai pack which is ready to start from 1st february 2019. I have done my process on 30 january 2019 of channel selection. They are not listening & only saying that your pack will be in process from tomorrow. As next they we called them & asked for our pack not started they are saying it regularly that will be start tomorrow & tomorrow. Please check where is the problem. Why they are not listening our problem. Thay are not also registering our complaint also. Please help us by resolving our problem as soon as possible.
