[Resolved] Trai — complain about the service of videocon d2h | |||
I have recharged with 3200 in january 2019, with 9 month subscription for new connection. Since from the subrictiption i am getting issues with d2h, i am calling to customer care but my call was connecting with the same. Since from last month i am getting resolution and single issue i am unable to see any channel as the screen was appear blank. And i am not able to fill the complaint to videocon due to poor customer service. Kindly help me out to resolve the issue. As already i invested 3200/- for d2h. Was this information helpful? | |||
