Trai — complain for docomo | |
Dear trai team, This is to inform you that i am using one docomo number which is [protected] which is on my mom name anjali dalai yesterday i send one message regarding portability of my number but i didn't got the upc code yesterday and today i call to docomo customer care and i spoke with one lady regarding this she told me that withing 3 hours i will get the upc code already time have been crossed and at evening i call to customer care and they told me that none of request taken for this when i ask the advisor to tell the name of that lady he have disconnected the call from his side without giving me any information and again when i call for the same again and i wanted to spoke with the supervisor again the next advisor is informing me that to call again because supervisor are not available but i inform him that i am ready to wait on call again he is also done same he also disconnected my call i don't know that i have done something wrong with docomo i am paying every month for recharge but not getting service.
