Trai — complaint about connect broadband service

My complaint no is 15650288 date on 21-sep-2017. My issue is i have deposit my payment is another account and call connect support to reverse the amount to my account no and support agree it fix easily within 4 to 5 working days. Still more than 30 days problem is not solve also my service is bared each single day i call to support and raise the issue but till today no issue is solve.

I AM USER OF AIRTEL.
I am facing network problem when i start surfing network shown on phone is h+ but after some time it convert in e that is 2g so please help me out.
