Dear Sir It was on 29th March that I spoke to their customer care and reported about some channels taken off from my connection without any prior intimation to me.This has been done inspite of their messages being flashed on their screen that those who have already paid full years subscription will not be affected by the new system introduced. Still I told their customer care executive on 29th march that I am willing to pay for the three channels which went off and their cust care exec confirmed the charges and also confirmed that these channels will resume shortly but till date no action has been taken by their people. Rather, some more kids channels have been blocked again without any prior info. May I request you to look into it and take immediate action to help me by getting restored the blocked channels. I would also like to mention that emails sent to the Compliance officer and Nodal officer yesterday have resulted in no response.
