Trai — Complaint against airtel company providing landline and broadband connection | |||||
We are customer of airtel landline+broadband connection from past eight months with number:[protected]. We are having a prepaid connection. We given the request to airtel for stop service as we are going out of country for 4 months. We agreed for paying the amount till date used. We get the positive response from customer care of airtel but they didnot proceed further and had not cancelled the connection. We are getting their call everyday that why you want to stop service. And again n again asking to remit amount for six months advance for cancellation. We had made initially 5+1 month plan in which if we pays for 5 months advance will get one month free. We didnot renew this offer and requesting for stop services. We are getting regular calls at the busy time harassing unnecessary.
