Trai — complaint against dish tv service provider-dish tv not working since more than 1 week | |||
My dish tv is not working past almost 1 week. Yesterday (13-april-2019) i talked to customer care and logged complaint and they assured your dish tv will be up by tomorrow at 10:00 am. After waiting long long hrs i again talked to customer care for the same and they said you did not spoke to us yesterday, you spoke to us today (14-april-2019) registered complaint at 6:00 am today. I am having voice call recorded for yesterday and today as proof going forward to have possible resolution legally. My biggest question here is why my dish tv is not working since a week? Customer care is not able to answer this. They only said sorry sir, we can understand your concern. That's it. I want my dish tv recharged amount back.. Was this information helpful? | |||
