Trai — complaint against dishtv | |||
I am having dish tv connection with registered no.[protected] and my vc no is [protected].in terms of trai guidelines, the customers are required to select their plan or channels. I have selected the channels through there website which cost me around 400 rupess and i have got a token number from which is [protected]. Dish tv is charging me 760 rupess as per my old package. I have called multiple times regarding this they are giving excuse of server is down or it will take them few days to update to the new plan. This has been happening from more than months. Whenever i call them i get same excuse from them that server is updating or its down. They have a pathetic customer support who are unable to process my request and do anything about it. They have also asked me to do a recharge of 400 rupess which will automatically reflect and it will last for a month as per my plan but it would last for only 12 to 13 days. Then again i called regarding this they said the same i loosing my patience regarding their service. The operator is trying to take advantage and mincing more money from customers without customer consent and more not able to provide the solution to this.
