Trai — complaint against tata sky regarding ldp pack

I have a annual package/plan (Platinum hd and multi-connection annual package) from tata sky which is expired on 21.07.2019. Tata sky customer care has told me that kindly change your annual platinum hd plan into a new monthly tariff plan immediately before 1st feb 2019. Tata sky violating trai orders by forcing ldp customers to new tariff plan which is violation of trai orders. Kindly do the needful as early as possible.
