Trai — complaint against videocon d2h due to very poor services | |||
Respected sir/madam This is to inform you that my videocon d2h customer id is[protected], I tried to recharge my account on 02/02/19 but due to some problem form videocon d2h I could not recharge that day they gave 3 day credit but they stop the the services on 04/02/2018, then I contact customer care that day i told them that my services are disconnected and ask that what is reason of disconnection . they told me that services are not disconnected, after that i login in my account of videocon d2h and according to trai regulation choose my own channels and recharge my account by Rupees 330/- after some time my services are resume but I could not see channels of star but i have paid for that in my own pack. I am daily calling Videocon D2h customer care they are telling me that your services will resume within 20 minutes but till today i could not see all star channels and some other channels which i chosen . please look into the matter because they videocon d2h not helping me only deducting of my money without any reason.
