Trai — complaint against videocon d2h-your urgent resolution required

Dear trai,

I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 1 & 1/2 month, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of rs. 199.42 for which i should get services for 30 days but they have deducted 2 days for no reason. Again i have complained to their email id'[protected]@d2h.com, albert. [protected]@dishd2h.com (Nodal officer), [protected]@d2h.com, anil. [protected]@d2h.com but to which they are not replying. These kind of issues happened in the month of april also & i continued their services on their assurance of clean services in future but to my disappointment it has happened again

As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.

Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

Videocon d2h is the worst possible service provider.
Their website and app both don't work and all the customer care number provided are either invalid numbers are don't connect. On writing to them they give you solutions which u had said are problems that don't work.
I have selected my own pack but that still hasn't even been activated and there is absolutely no response from them but they have charged for the whole months with no services provided

Very bad experience with videocon d2h cable operator..
Dear sir we know that u all sit there for not businesss but, for earn..
Whenever any cricket match of india your service call centre automicaly close and free channel dd sports will close on that day..and u r notreceive any call on that day...
And you put 1 subcribtion link for your costly channel and 60 day locking period..which is not suitable for middle class
Worst service ever I have seen by any DTH service provider. I too agree that Videocon d2h is intentionally not provided their toll free customer care no. And if provided than the call mostly not connected, if connected then they put on hold for long hours and automatically disconnect the call. Overall doesn't care for their customers.
I too have selected sports plan worth rs. 90 but can only see 1 channel worth rs. 19. My id is 64945529. Why wrong information and wrong services provided by d2h.
I want from TRAI to take strict action against d2h so that they don't dare to play with customers money and time.

I have selected my favourite channels after Trai decision consumer selection but Videocon d2h is not interested to implement trai decision. Customer care of d2h every time says, your problem will fix in 4 to 5 hour. They are only making fool to the customer.Trai and broadcasting ministry should interfare in this issue so that consumer can take a inhale of relief.

I had my recharge against my id.no. 74884861 on 31st january 2019 and the expiry date were shown on 17th februray 2019. But suddenly a lot of my previous pack channels have stopped . I have been trying to contact the Videocon Customare Care by Phone, but the connection is not getting through. The website and App is not working and I am not able to log in through my RTN and Customer ID. I am not able to making changes to my channels. . After two three days they stopped all the channels which cannot be done as per trai rule. After trying so many times I received a message saying that my balance is zero but in account information there showed sufficient balance. I got a complaint no[protected] and saying that it will get resolved till monday february 11, 2019 5.00 p.m.

IF YOU ARE NOT RESOLVING THIS ISSUE ASAP, I WILL RAISE A COMPLAINT WITH TRAI AND CONSUMER COURT AGAINST VIDEOCON D2H.

worst videocon d2h CUSTOMER CARE service non of the advisors are able to solve or stupid supervisors, from 1month m fighting for my pack and refund this bull [censored] people don" even revert on the email and no call back has come to me for my complaint
the advisor's i spoken to was omprakas, sudip, and many more who have no concern of calling back if the call get disconnected my channel has got stopped and before doing the recharge i confirmed can i recharge the dish they said yes because they have no information i inform to transfer the CALL TO the senior they don't and don't even tell their name this is a harassment to me and if i don't get a call back i will make sure the videocon will shut down soon as you guys have no idea about me.

m so frustrated now that i really can't say anything so bad service i have not seen in my life...
never gonna use this d2h as i have take the connection for almost 45 peoples and m going to discontinue this service if my query is not been solve by today any how.

I had done my recharge against my C. Id[protected] on last 2 Week and the expiry date letter
But suddenly all the my previous channels have stopped .

I have been trying to contact the Videocon Customare Care by Phone, and customer care has started some unusable channels and what i need they are saying as per TRAI ruls you go through the online and select as you want .

and when i go through the same .

The D2H.com website and App is not working and I tray many time from last 1 week but not able select such, and when we tray to contact with customer care D2H unable to contact some time if i am able to reach with customer care every time they said there is some tec. issue call after 1 Hour from 1 week and I am not able to making changes to my channels.

Before 4 days i have sellect the Channels to make my plan through the TRAI sellection and send to D2H to apply that but still not updated by D2H .

Now i request to TRAI respected authority to take the action agst that

we have many loss before with D2H in respect to Money but this is irritating along with Money

Also request to pl give me Trai Mail id so that i can complaint with cc to D2H
Videocon d2h team is not responding on my calls & mails they activated wrong pack. In my account. I am not able to change my packs as d2h team is not responding on calls and mails, i am also not able to use my d2h app as i am not able to change login password. While i tried to chane password it reverts that your password sent ot your registered number but i did not receive any message on my number my customer id is 33213010

Videocon is the worat d2h service provider. Many times I have selected my channel but still my old pack is activated. They don't rwspond on mail or customer care executive also don't do anything to resolve the issue. They advise to select online but their online and app don't work.
Some of the free channel not even listed on their site or app. While contacting their customer care, they will ask me recheck. Or they will transfer the call to other officer, which wont pick up.
डिअर, बहुत ही खराब सर्विस है वीडियो कॉन d2h का, जबरजास्ती के प्लान थोप रहे है आज 4 दिन हो गए HD चैनल बंद करने को बोला तो केअर वालो ने बोला बंद कर दिया गया और मुझे मैसेज भी आया लेकिन दो दिन बाद भी HD छैनल बंद हुआ नही, तो दुसरी बार फिरकस्टमर केयर में फ़ोन किया तो अब बोलता है नही बबंद होगा।आप वेबसाइट पर जाकर बंद करे।बेबसाइट पर और इनफिनिटी पर ओटोपि आता ही नही कंपनी की तरफ से।और जब मै पॅकेज चॉइस लेने के बोलता हूं तो मुझे 320 रुपये का प्लान बार 2 एक्टिवेट करने को बोला जा रहा है, और सबसे बड़ी चुनौती है 1 फोन उठाया फिर 15 होल्ड रखता फिर दूसरे को ट्रांसफर सेम वो भी वैसा करता जानबूझकर ताकि कोई डिमांड न करें।जब मेरे साथ दो कस्टमर केयर वाले ने एऐसे किया तो 3 वाले का कॉल रिकॉर्ड किया जो मैं अट्टाच भेज रहा हु, मेरा कस्टमर id[protected]

Vidoecon D2H begged my 215 rupees.I recharged my account on last Monday (18/02/2019).But in Tv messages it shown that insufficient balance.I complaints against it.But they cannot find my issue & register a complaint.They begged my 200 rupees & no service provided yet.My customer ID is[protected].complaint numbers are[protected]&[protected].I lost almost Rs 3000 for buying this d2h.I am ready to return this d2h box to them.Can you help me in this. I lost my money & most valuable time.Very very waste service from customer care.Almost 15 minutes to reach to customer care service person.If I reach it almost same words.No server...what a ...service..

Videocon D2h a worst service provider ever I deal with.i have selected Mera Wala plan but they have changed my selection.my customer I'd 52635157 I have spoken to cc but they don't even understand the problem.looks like illiterate people are working in Videocon D2h cc.in selection list boutique colours Gujarati packs are not available in Videocon d2h.while colours Gujarati value packs are available on colors website and trai portal.pls help me out from this problem.
My customer ID is[protected] and I have applied for Gold Sports Kids pack which renewed on 16th Feb 2019.However, since last 5-6 days we are not getting few marathi channels. The customer care numbers are not at all getting connected. Even the email sent to [protected]@d2h.com is not being replied. The numbers of customer care executives are also unavailable. We have been asked to create our own channel package list. Accordingly we have selected 7 bouquets containing 89 channels amt to Rs. 237.25 and submitted the same. Still no action on the same as well.

my customer id is 27750321 and i have changed my plan a month before based on TRAI rule of selecting the channels that i need. but D2H have not done the same and even after calling daily to them there is no solution provided to us and they say will send engineer and we need to pay for that. not our mistake and still they want us to bare the cost. one month money they took without any reason as the channels coming are not what i want to view. the customer care people are not helpful at all and rude also. can i have an immediate action on them
