[Resolved] Trai — continuation of old dth package even after new plan was selected | |||
I am a consumer of airtel tv (Dth) having consumer id [protected]. I had selected my own plan on[protected] and was given request/ref. No. 172825 after selecting the plan. I had a balance of more than rs.400/- on this date. The tariff for the new plan is around rs.400/- per month. I was told that the new plan will be activated on[protected]. However, till this morning[protected] i continue to get the old package @rs.612/- per month. I had made complaints over telephone and was told every time that the new plan would be activated the next day. I had also sent my complaint by e-mail. Kindly help. A.
