[Resolved] Trai — customization of tv pack | |||
Dear sir, I want to change my current pack of dish tv but dish tv website is restricting to do so with a message of “you have a special connection and for now, change of pack is not allowed on your connection” it is pertinent to mention that this connection is no more corporate/special and dish tv is receiving monthly payment/rental through my individual bank account from a long time (Many years).in view of that i requested them to allow me to change/customize my tv but they have not replied.
