Trai — cut incoming and outgoing facility | |||
Hello sir, I am a customer from airtel last 9 years or more. From october onward they imposed to recharge additional plan or pack to receive incoming call or outgoing call even i have money in main balance. They said that i should recharge to continue i/c or o/g service else your sim card service will stop. When i bought airtel sim with a customer agreement of lifetime validity on sim card service and before october 2018 they show my sim card has a validity of 2035. That you had passed the order that the telecom operators should not cut the consumer incoming and outing calls. But now service providers start to cut i/c or o/g facility without any proper notification or while contacting the customer helpline of airtel they didn't give any proper reason and they are blaming the trai (That you only told to cut the calls for the consumer). And more importantly when we try to call about its clarification they blocked customers for contacting the customer care.
