Trai — d2h direct to home connection - website/ nodal officer not responding | |||
I am customer of d2h videocon direct to home connection. My cust id is 80238974. Since 10th february, 2019 my services are disabled. I have been trying to buy subscription as per new tarrif set by trai since 30th janyary, 2019 but in vain. Service provider's website is not working properly and payment processing is not possible. When contacted their customer service number, they asked me to go through the website. Kindly register my complaint against d2h videocon and do the needful to activate my connection.
