Trai — deactivate internet pack and charged high bill

I am facing issue with the bill for last 2 months. I am using my docomo number for last 5 years. When i had taken this sim, that time only i had activated internet pack in this number of 2gb (Rs. 99 per month). My average monthly bill used to come around rs. 400. But for the last two months (May and june), total of rs. 3432 was charged on my number. When i checked with customer care, i came to know that they had de-activated my internet package without my consent. They charged for whatever internet i used (I had used internet within 2 gb only). I raised multiple complaints with the customer care saying that the internet pack cancellation was not done on my request and was never communicated to me that the pack is de-activated. I requested to correct the bill and send to me but there is no action from the team. 2 weeks back, docomo barred my outgoing calls, messages and internet. I request you to kindly look into the matter as early as possible and find a solution. I am not able to migrate to other network as docomo is blocking the porting request since i have not cleared the bill. For clearing the bill, i talked to the customer care executive and told clearly that if proper bill is send to me then i will be paying it without any delay. But docomo team is unnecessarily dragging the request and putting me in trouble. It has been more than 2 months i am following up with the team. I am struggling due to the unprofessional behavior from docomo team.
