Trai — deduction of amount ,without giving service by airtel dth | |||
I sanjay kumar I am customer of airtel dth service since 2011. My customer id is [protected]. My problem is that my validity period expired on 09/01/2019. I have recharge my a/c by Rs.200.00 on10/01/2019. But my service is suspended till 12/01/2019, I have try several times to contact customer care but I could not contact, but balance is deducted from my a/c. On 12/01/2019 evining I again call to customer care, then my service start. I ask to customer support person about deducted amount for without giving service, she replied you are defaulter because you not informed me, while I have recharge my a/c.So it's duty of service provider and it's lack in service.
