Trai — dish tv .. about service... vc [protected]

I have selected channels screenshot attached herewith . but not implementation by DISH TV. i have called frequently. but your service is very poor. i am suffering from last 4 to 5 days about. we cannot take any entertainment enjoy.. what can i do now...? i also contact to [protected] this mobile number is not valid.. where to complaint ..???
what is going on?..

it is poor service...??
all toll free number and local call charges number is engaged and not responding...??
any can take action on DISH TV ...???
