Trai — dish tv is charging for temporary deactivation and misleading customer saying they are following trai rules for this charges.

I call dishtv customer care for temporary de-activation of dth service, but they said that as per trai rules there will be charges for temporary de-activation as per below tariff.

If less than 90 days there will 25 rs and for more than 90 days there will be 100 rs charges and this is as per trai.

But as per the below document from trai authorized website. There is no charges for temporary suspension of service. Faq no. 38.

Temporary deactivation service will be charged as below:
