[Resolved]  Trai — dish tv/set up box issue

I am writing following a recent service related issue on dish tv connection vide vc no: [protected].
I would like to express my disappointment with the service i received. None of them could offer any advice on the set up box which has changed within six months but there is no facility of hdmi, presently i have changed my tv and where hdmi connection is required but the set up box which has provided by dish tv is not enabled with hdmi facility.
I need a solution for the following points
1. If my setup box is old one than i should agree to change the new hdmi box, but the set up box has provided by dish tv is within six months, why should i go for a charge of new connection set up box, where as dish tv has to provide the set up box as per present facilities of tv.
2. The quality of set up boxes are so poor which needs a replacement after 8 to 9 months and that is chargeable, please check my interactions how many time set up box has been changed with applying the charge from me.
3. I am have two connections on my home and 4 connections on my office, if this type of charges will be taken from customers like me, than it is very painful and i should choose other operators.
4. Engineers who has visited to provide service they do know the basic manners and behavior.
5. The instruments which are used for connection with cable and hd box is so poor that needs a replacement on every 2 to 3 months and for that i need to pay a charge of engineer visit which is around rs 300/-
