Trai — dishtv is not changing my package despite numerous complaints | |||
I am a subscriber to dishtv for many years. Last month, when trai changed the rules of subscription of channels, i tried amending my package online from end of february onwards, and on march 5th i informed dishtv customer care that the website was not accepting the change in pack. They reverted to me to keep trying. I again lodged a complaint on march 6, 14, 20th, 25th and 28th. On 20th they told me they had fixed the problem on their end, so i was told to register the change in pack. This time i was successful in registering the change on the website and got a token no. However, the pack did not change on the tv. On 25th in response to my complaint they siad my dish has to be aligned and a technician will call. He did not call. On 28th again i was told the same and they made me reregister again. Till now, nobody has called and my pack has not changed. Was this information helpful? | |||
